Lead and direct Human Resources and Risk Management functions, advising executive leadership on people and risk strategy. Performs apheresis blood collections including donor screening, venipuncture, monitoring for reactions, post-donation care, equipment setup and QC, donor records entry, and donor/customer interaction while following regulatory and quality practices.

Collects, packages, inventories, and delivers donor blood and blood products. Receives and fills customer orders, prepares paperwork, monitors inventory and product quality, and follows regulatory and safety procedures. Drives company vehicle, maintains equipment and work areas, documents returns, and participates in training. Advanced levels perform irradiations, equipment maintenance, quality decisions, and release/labeling tasks.

Implement regional tactical plans to meet blood collection KPIs; direct collection teams; coordinate with Fleet for mobile unit operability; ensure equipment maintenance, safety inspections, and regulatory compliance; manage departmental budgets; assist Regional Director with donor recruitment and provide supervisory support.

Deliver, monitor and manage blood product inventory and orders for hospitals. Drive company vehicle for pickups and deliveries, follow quality and safety procedures, perform product handling tasks (including irradiating, temperature checks, labeling), maintain records, and provide customer service. On-the-job training provided; higher levels require additional training and 6–12 months experience.

Collects, packages, inventories, and delivers blood products; fulfills hospital orders; maintains records and compliance with FDA/AABB/cGMP; cleans equipment/vehicles; performs product management duties at higher levels (irradiation, QC, shipping dangerous goods). Requires driving, lifting, and adherence to safety and confidentiality protocols.

Collects, samples, tests, stores, and ships donated plasma per SOPs and regulatory guidelines. Performs sterile sampling, quality controls, equipment calibration, temperature monitoring, data entry, documentation, and maintains a clean, OSHA-compliant work environment.

Provide medical evaluations and limited clinical care for plasma donors, ensuring donor suitability, safety, and regulatory compliance. Document donor records, manage adverse reactions, supervise technicians as needed, and support donor recruitment and education while following FDA, OSHA, CLIA and cGMP guidelines.

Oversee regional blood collection operations to meet KPIs by directing tactical plans, optimizing fleet and equipment, ensuring maintenance and safety compliance, managing budgets, and supporting donor recruitment and staff supervision.

Perform phlebotomy and donor care, supervise and train a mobile collections team, manage scheduling, personnel actions, budgets, and safety. Drive a mid-sized vehicle to remote collection sites and ensure compliance with blood banking regulations and quality standards while delivering high customer service.

Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions and reports for blood banking applications. Aggregate and analyze data from multiple sources, create queries and interfaces, validate software, troubleshoot systems, and support compliance, QA, and operational needs.

Oversee tactical execution of regional blood collection plans, optimize fleet and equipment use, ensure maintenance and safety compliance, manage budgets, support donor recruitment and train/backup Regional Director to meet collection KPIs.

Performs apheresis collections including donor screening, medical history, venipuncture, monitoring for reactions, and post-donation care. Sets up and maintains apheresis equipment, restocks supplies, completes QC and data entry, follows regulatory and quality standards (FDA, OSHA, AABB, cGMP/cGTP), and interacts with donors and team members.

Perform venipuncture and donor care while supervising mobile collections: schedule staff, hire/coach, ensure regulatory compliance (FDA/AABB/OSHA/cGMP), manage budgets/timekeeping, provide training, and occasionally drive a mid-sized van to remote collection sites.

Performs blood collection and apheresis-related procedures, greets and screens donors, observes and cares for donors during/after donation, follows regulatory and safety protocols, maintains equipment and donor records, supports mobile drives, and completes required training.
