Outside sales role to prospect, secure, and manage blood drive partnerships with businesses, schools, churches and community leaders. Build relationships, deliver presentations, schedule and coordinate drives, maintain a sales pipeline, manage existing accounts, meet performance goals, and support community blood collection targets.

Performs blood collection and apheresis-related procedures, greets and screens donors, observes and cares for donors during/after donation, follows regulatory and safety protocols, maintains equipment and donor records, supports mobile drives, and completes required training.

Lead regional blood collection and donor recruitment operations, develop and execute strategic and tactical plans, coach supervisory teams to meet KPIs, ensure regulatory compliance with blood banking standards, manage budgets, build community partnerships, and support after-hours operational needs.

Supervise daily product distribution and hospital services staff, ensuring production, labeling, storage, shipping, inventory control, regulatory compliance (FDA, AABB, OSHA, cGMP), training, budgeting, QA/QC, vehicle maintenance, and customer relations with hospital partners.

Perform phlebotomy and donor care while supervising mobile collection teams: scheduling, training, hiring, performance management, budget and time tracking, safety, and driving a non‑CDL van or bus to remote collection sites.

Supervise daily lab operations, staff scheduling, training, performance management and quality control. Perform and oversee serological, molecular, and hematology testing, troubleshoot assays/equipment, maintain SOPs, regulatory compliance (CLIA/AABB/FDA), manage supplies and budgets, and support special projects and assay development.

Field-based outside sales role to prospect, secure, and manage blood drive partnerships across Baton Rouge. Build relationships with businesses, schools, churches and community leaders; present, schedule, and coordinate blood drives; maintain pipeline and account base; meet performance targets.

Drive company vehicle to pick up, package, inventory, and deliver blood products to hospitals and centers. Prepare paperwork, process and label units, fulfill orders, monitor storage and quality, and follow FDA/AABB/OSHA and cGMP requirements. Perform physical tasks (lift up to 40 lbs), work irregular hours/on-call, and participate in training. Advanced levels require additional on-the-job experience and specialized duties (irradiation, dangerous goods shipping, equipment monitoring).

Performs apheresis collections including donor screening, medical history, venipuncture, monitoring for reactions, and post-donation care. Sets up and maintains apheresis equipment, restocks supplies, completes QC and data entry, follows regulatory and quality standards (FDA, OSHA, AABB, cGMP/cGTP), and interacts with donors and team members.

Outside sales role to prospect, close, and grow blood drive partnerships with businesses, schools, churches, and community leaders. Manage existing accounts, schedule and coordinate drives, deliver presentations, maintain pipeline, meet performance goals, and represent the organization in the community.

Performs apheresis blood collections including donor screening, venipuncture, monitoring for reactions, post-donation care, equipment setup and QC, donor records entry, and donor/customer interaction while following regulatory and quality practices.

Oversee tactical execution of regional blood collection plans, optimize fleet and equipment use, ensure maintenance and safety compliance, manage budgets, support donor recruitment and train/backup Regional Director to meet collection KPIs.

Perform venipuncture and donor care while supervising mobile collections: schedule staff, hire/coach, ensure regulatory compliance (FDA/AABB/OSHA/cGMP), manage budgets/timekeeping, provide training, and occasionally drive a mid-sized van to remote collection sites.
