Manages and grows blood drive partnerships through outside sales, prospecting, presentations, account development, and community relationship building. Coordinates blood drives, tracks outreach and sales pipelines, meets collection goals, and works with businesses, schools, churches, and community leaders. The role requires local travel, irregular hours, reliable transportation, and occasional access to DoD or federal facilities.

Develops and nurtures relationships with businesses, schools, churches, and civic organizations to secure blood-drive hosts. Coordinates with drive chairpersons and blood collection teams to plan, market, schedule, and execute successful blood drives. Responsibilities include community outreach, presentations, account development, meeting follow-up, collection-goal achievement, donor education, and occasional social media collaboration. Supports and maintains computer systems, business applications, blood banking software, and IT infrastructure. Responsibilities include software installation, upgrades, security settings, backups, interfaces, validation, system administration, SQL queries, BI reporting, data aggregation, and compliance reporting. The role manages technologies including VMware, Active Directory, Exchange, SQL Server, DHCP, DNS, and RDP, provides on-call support, resolves complex technical issues, and occasionally travels to other facilities.
