Teams at LifeShare Blood Center

Develops and nurtures relationships with businesses, schools, churches, and civic organizations to secure blood-drive hosts. Coordinates with drive chairpersons and blood collection teams to plan, market, schedule, and execute successful blood drives. Responsibilities include community outreach, presentations, account development, meeting follow-up, collection-goal achievement, donor education, and occasional social media collaboration. Requires travel, irregular hours, and strong communication skills.

Supports and maintains computer systems, business applications, blood banking software, and IT infrastructure. Responsibilities include software installation, upgrades, security settings, backups, interfaces, validation, system administration, SQL queries, BI reporting, data aggregation, and compliance reporting. The role manages technologies including VMware, Active Directory, Exchange, SQL Server, DHCP, DNS, and RDP, provides on-call support, resolves complex technical issues, and occasionally travels to other facilities.

Distributes blood products by monitoring inventory, retrieving products, fulfilling orders, packaging shipments, and delivering blood components to healthcare facilities and centers. The role requires customer service, quality compliance, product documentation, vehicle operation, blood-product handling, equipment monitoring, and occasional on-call, weekend, and holiday work. Training is provided, with advanced responsibilities available after gaining experience.
