Distribute blood products by monitoring inventory, retrieving products, fulfilling orders, packaging shipments, and delivering blood components to healthcare facilities and centers. The role requires customer service, quality compliance, accurate documentation, equipment monitoring, blood-product handling, vehicle operation, and lifting up to 40 pounds. Flexible scheduling, on-call rotations, evenings, weekends, holidays, and daytime training during the first eight weeks may be required.

Implement regional tactical plans to meet blood collection KPIs; direct collection teams; coordinate with Fleet for mobile unit operability; ensure equipment maintenance, safety inspections, and regulatory compliance; manage departmental budgets; assist Regional Director with donor recruitment and provide supervisory support.

Deliver, monitor and manage blood product inventory and orders for hospitals. Drive company vehicle for pickups and deliveries, follow quality and safety procedures, perform product handling tasks (including irradiating, temperature checks, labeling), maintain records, and provide customer service. On-the-job training provided; higher levels require additional training and 6–12 months experience.
