Lead and direct Human Resources and Risk Management functions, advising executive leadership on people and risk strategy. Oversee employee relations, total rewards, inclusion, occupational health & safety, compliance (EEO/ERISA/OSHA), and HRIS (Paycom). Manage supervisors, drive organizational development, and implement risk mitigation and safety programs.

Supervise daily lab operations, staff scheduling, training, performance management and quality control. Perform and oversee serological, molecular, and hematology testing, troubleshoot assays/equipment, maintain SOPs, regulatory compliance (CLIA/AABB/FDA), manage supplies and budgets, and support special projects and assay development.

Pick up, inventory, package, and deliver blood and blood components; receive and fulfill hospital orders; monitor inventory and quality; maintain records, vehicle, and work area; follow regulatory and safety procedures. On-the-job training provided; may perform advanced product management duties with experience.
