Audit and ensure blood center manufacturing compliance with FDA, AABB, OSHA and company SOPs. Conduct audits, review BPDRs/variance reports, track trends, implement corrective actions, provide training, accompany inspectors, perform safety investigations, and report to Quality leadership.

Oversee regional blood collection and donor recruitment operations; develop and execute strategic and tactical plans; lead, coach, and evaluate teams; build community partnerships; ensure regulatory compliance (FDA, AABB, OSHA, cGMP); manage operating budgets and model organizational mission and values.

Lead and direct Human Resources and Risk Management functions, advising executive leadership on people and risk strategy. Oversee employee relations, total rewards, inclusion, occupational health & safety, compliance (EEO/ERISA/OSHA), and HRIS (Paycom). Manage supervisors, drive organizational development, and implement risk mitigation and safety programs.
