Design and develop seasonal denim collections: research trends, create concept/wash/presentation decks, produce tech packs, manage mills/laundries/overseas factories, review washes and samples, track development calendars, and collaborate cross-functionally while supporting the Director and overseeing daily denim department responsibilities as needed.

Coordinate end-to-end air and sea shipments (booking, documentation, tracking, customs clearance, billing). Build and grow customer freight pipelines, meet sales targets, manage accounts, develop strategic plans and freight products, work with overseas partners, monitor KPIs, and design solutions to improve profitability and customer satisfaction.

Lead adoption and value realization of AI Design and PLM solutions across business units. Drive implementation, change management, vendor relationships, stakeholder alignment, training, and continuous improvement to deliver measurable efficiency and business impact.

Manage fabric selection, supplier relationships, and a centralized fabric library for ladieswear. Source competitive pricing, coordinate sampling and deadlines, track trends, and collaborate with design, production, and in-country fabric managers to support seasonal collections and production needs.

Lead technical liaison between Design/Development and Production to manage garment development, graded specs, prototype and pre-production fittings, sealing critical paths, size standards, AQL inspections, product labelling, testing compliance, and maintain product manuals. Oversees supplier communications, approves graded spec charts and fit, and mentors junior technologists to ensure on-time delivery and quality across the product lifecycle.

Coordinate air, ocean and trucking shipments (import/export), clearance and documentation (bookings/SI/BL). Manage billing, follow up outstanding payments, update daily/weekly reports, handle customer complaints and quotations. Ensure timely billing closes and daily operations meet KPI targets.

Support knitwear R&D and product development from concept through production approval. Manage yarn/stitch research, development packages, sample review, vendor communication, fittings, cost and quality targets, and cross-functional alignment.

Lead east coast wholesale growth for a lifestyle apparel brand by expanding distribution with specialty and premium retailers, driving multi-million-dollar revenue, managing wholesale operations cross-functionally, setting pricing and distribution strategies, and optimizing DTC via sales data.

Lead womenswear design from concept through production, using trend research to develop silhouettes, fabrics, colors, and details. Present seasonal concepts internally and to customers, collaborate with merchandising, development, and production, manage timelines, and maintain vendor and manufacturing relationships to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Support the Sales team for the Walmart account by coordinating sales, production, and account tasks: prepare sales materials and item setups, track selling performance and orders, conduct market and listing reviews, coordinate samples and approvals, communicate with suppliers and overseas factories, maintain order and sample logs, and assist with presentations, showroom prep, and general administrative tasks.

Perform in-line, mid and final garment inspections using AQL; evaluate samples and fittings; monitor fabric/trims and production lines; prepare inspection reports, support audits, claims, and provide technical support to merchandising and vendors.

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and profitability targets; identify new markets and customers; retain and grow assigned accounts; prepare quotations; collaborate with customer service and operations to meet client needs; improve service levels and operational efficiencies through regular customer engagement and operational reviews.

Lead and govern IT portfolio and high-impact digital transformation projects (enterprise AI, data platforms, automation/RPA). Manage end-to-end delivery, prioritization, risk, budgets, and stakeholder engagement. Build PMO standards, reporting, and coach project managers to ensure measurable business value and timely execution across regions and functions.

Lead and supervise quality control across manufacturing: advise factories, inspect samples and bulk garments versus specs, manage QC inspectors and technical teams, enforce QC programs and hold/release controls, investigate nonconformance, train staff, coordinate field testing, follow up on customer complaints, and ensure compliance with ISO standards, AQL and health/safety/environmental requirements.

Perform internal audit assignments assessing internal controls across supply chain operations; use data analytics and AI agents (Tableau, Power BI, n8n) to support audits; identify control weaknesses and recommend corrective actions; support Audit and Risk & Sustainability Committees; conduct ad-hoc investigations and monitor remediation.

Design and develop trend-driven knitwear collections for mass market and contemporary segments. Conduct market research, create sketches, tech packs and trend reports, source yarns/trims, oversee sample development and fit sessions, coordinate with sales and vendors, and manage the full design-to-delivery process for major retailers.

Drive revenue growth by identifying new markets and clients, expanding account revenue, creating quotations, and collaborating with operations to ensure customer satisfaction and improved service levels.
