Support the Senior Designer across the knitwear product lifecycle: trend and yarn research, sketching and CAD, prepare tech packs and digital presentations, coordinate samples and fittings, assist photoshoots, manage digital development tickets, and communicate with cross-functional and international teams.

Support sweater R&D and product development from concept through production, collaborating with design, sourcing, and vendors. Prepare development packages, review samples, track timelines, ensure cost and quality targets, participate in fittings, and troubleshoot construction issues.

Lead design and development of women's private label sweater collections from concept to production. Research trends, yarns, and knit techniques; create trend boards, color stories, flats and CADs; collaborate with merchandising, product development, and overseas vendors; review samples and fittings; ensure quality, cost, and calendar targets; and mentor junior designers.
