Lead adoption and value realization of AI Design and PLM solutions across business units. Drive implementation, change management, vendor relationships, stakeholder alignment, training, and continuous improvement to deliver measurable efficiency and business impact.

Support the Strategic Account team by managing product data and item setup, ensuring data accuracy, tracking sales trends, conducting competitive market analysis, coordinating meetings and project setup, creating internal reports, and partnering with cross-functional teams to support retail execution and account management.

Manage eCommerce order processing and inventory allocation, monitor shipment statuses, handle retailer/marketplace feeds and inquiries, maintain 3PL SOPs and performance reports, reconcile disputes/chargebacks, and collaborate with logistics, planning, and analytics to meet fulfillment SLAs.
