Freelance Sweater Technical Designer managing knitwear development from initial concept through production. Responsibilities include conducting fit sessions, evaluating construction and measurements, preparing tech packs and specifications, providing technical guidance to overseas factories, troubleshooting garment issues, and collaborating with Design, Product Development, Merchandising, and vendors to meet fit, quality, and production requirements.

Supports full-cycle accounting, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger activities, bookkeeping, daily payments, cash flow, working capital, credit control, banking facilities, reconciliations, month-end closing, and maintaining accurate accounting records. The role also ensures compliance with company policies and supports process improvements and ad hoc accounting duties.

Freelance designer responsible for creating commercially viable high-street fashion collections: trend-led sketches, tech packs, fabric and trim selection, sample development, fittings, and quality monitoring while collaborating with account managers, offshore product teams, factories, and clients across regions.
