Supports full-cycle accounting, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger activities, bookkeeping, daily payments, cash flow, working capital, credit control, banking facilities, reconciliations, month-end closing, and maintaining accurate accounting records. The role also ensures compliance with company policies and supports process improvements and ad hoc accounting duties.

Supports the Walmart account through sales analysis, forecasting, inventory planning, replenishment, reporting, and order analysis. The role analyzes sales, POS, inventory, and performance data; maintains forecasts and replenishment parameters; monitors in-stock levels, shipment performance, and key metrics; prepares business recaps; and coordinates with Walmart and internal Sales, Planning, Production, Logistics, and eCommerce teams.

Supports knitwear design and product development through trend, color, print, yarn, stitch, and embellishment research; CAD development; mood boards; technical flats; spec sheets; sourcing; sample management; fittings; visual merchandising; and tech-pack preparation. Performs administrative support, data entry, document formatting, showroom organization, sample tracking, and communication with the Hong Kong office.
