Supports clients and vendors within a specialized trade area, primarily HVAC. Reviews vendor quotes, resolves complex technical and operational issues, coordinates initiatives, maintains stakeholder relationships, and serves as a subject matter expert. The role is remote within the United States and requires weekend and/or evening availability.

Create video and motion content across brand, marketing, product, social, advertising, events, and communications. Responsibilities include concept development, scripting, storyboarding, editing, motion graphics, UI animation, product demos, live-action editing, AI-generated video production, and content adaptation across channels. The role collaborates with marketing, product, and design teams to translate complex SaaS and property-operations concepts into engaging stories while maintaining brand consistency and developing reusable motion systems.

Supports vendor relationships by coordinating service scheduling, handling customer and vendor inquiries, sourcing providers, resolving disputes, maintaining accurate database records, and ensuring contract and service-level compliance. The role also provides client education, market feedback, process improvement recommendations, and issue resolution while working with company systems and communicating across teams.
