Designs application software, selects and sizes products, troubleshoots systems, supports testing and field validation, and provides customer and internal technical support. Senior leader accountable for manufacturing and logistics performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory, productivity and P&L. Drives Lean Continuous Improvement, capacity strategy, capital projects, KPI management, S&OP participation, and cross-functional collaboration to support scalable growth and operational excellence.
