Develop and execute content marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and leads. Create omnichannel content (digital and print), support sales enablement, manage external vendors, oversee Adobe Suite asset production, and use SEO and analytics to optimize performance and pipeline impact. Collaborate across commercial, corporate, and product teams and maintain consistent brand voice.

Lead and execute warehouse and material flow operations (receiving, put-away, line-side delivery, shipping) while serving as SAP process owner. Manage and develop logistics teams, drive Lean continuous improvement, track KPIs, optimize inventory and layouts, ensure safety/quality/compliance, and collaborate cross-functionally to support production and customer delivery.

Design, program, configure, and commission industrial automation solutions (PLC/HMI, drives, motion control). Provide pre-sales technical support, troubleshooting, training, demos, and onsite/remote commissioning while partnering with Sales through the full project lifecycle.

Create and adjust production schedules to meet demand, material and labor constraints; monitor inventory and on-time delivery; resolve missed shipments; coordinate with Order Management and Manufacturing; implement Engineering Change Notices; analyze planning parameters and report; support continuous improvement and cross-training.

Lead planning and execution of trade shows, events, and field marketing initiatives. Manage logistics, vendors, budgets, post-event reconciliation, digital signage, branded inventory, travel coordination, and cross-functional stakeholder communication to drive brand awareness and event-generated leads.

Plan and lead process improvements for PCB and electromechanical assembly, support service troubleshooting, develop tooling/fixtures/test methods, validate process parameters, own process capability, support NPI and pilot builds, maintain PFMEA/control plans, and coordinate corrective actions using Lean and data-driven methods.

Lead and develop the Industrial Engineering team to drive continuous improvement, process optimization, automation, and equipment reliability. Own CI program, lean initiatives, labor standards, capacity planning, MES/ERP-enabled improvements, CAPEX business cases, and cross-functional alignment to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity at the site.
