Lead accounting operations including GL, AP/AR, inventory and cost accounting; manage month-end close, audits, financial reporting (U.S. GAAP), budgeting/forecasting partnership, internal controls, and a high-performing accounting team to support manufacturing profitability and executive decision-making.

Plan and lead process improvements for PCB and electromechanical assembly, support service troubleshooting, develop tooling/fixtures/test methods, validate process parameters, own process capability, support NPI and pilot builds, maintain PFMEA/control plans, and coordinate corrective actions using Lean and data-driven methods.

Lead planning and execution of trade shows, events, and field marketing initiatives. Manage logistics, vendors, budgets, post-event reconciliation, digital signage, branded inventory, travel coordination, and cross-functional stakeholder communication to drive brand awareness and event-generated leads.

Lead accounting operations for Lenze Americas including GL, AP/AR, cost and inventory accounting, month-end close, audits, and financial reporting under U.S. GAAP. Mentor and develop the accounting team, partner with FP&A on budgeting/forecasting, perform cost and profitability analyses, strengthen internal controls, and coordinate tax and regulatory compliance while supporting cross-functional improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
