The Senior Human Resources Generalist provides broad HR support across full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, HRIS administration, benefits, compliance, employee records, and talent management. The role partners with managers on workforce planning, performance management, development, corrective actions, and retention. It also maintains Paylocity and SAP data, supports HR projects and process improvements, and develops sourcing strategies for professional, technical, and management positions.

Develops and commissions industrial automation solutions involving motion control, drives, PLCs, HMIs, and machine software. Provides customer and internal technical support, system selection, troubleshooting, testing, field validation, training, demonstrations, and application documentation. Partners with Sales on solution development, proposals, customer meetings, and growth opportunities. The remote role requires residence near Nashville, Charlotte, Atlanta, or Detroit and up to 25% regional travel.
