Leads the Industrial Engineering function and team across manufacturing operations. Oversees Lean and continuous improvement programs, process optimization, labor standards, line balancing, material flow, OEE, automation, MES/ERP improvements, equipment reliability, and capital projects. Partners cross-functionally to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, capacity, and productivity while managing the engineering roadmap, project portfolio, benefits tracking, and talent development.

Drives new customer acquisition and revenue growth for general motion control solutions. Identifies and qualifies OEM opportunities, conducts discovery, manages sales pipelines, supports presentations and demonstrations, forecasts results, and closes business. Builds relationships with customers, distributors, and channel partners while expanding existing accounts. Collaborates with application engineers and product managers to deliver drive-based automation solutions, especially for HVAC-R, cooling, pumping, process automation, water treatment, and industrial machinery applications.

Drives new customer acquisition and revenue growth for Lenze’s General Motion Control segment. Identifies OEM opportunities, conducts outreach and discovery, qualifies leads, manages the sales pipeline, delivers presentations and demonstrations, forecasts results, and closes new business. Partners with distributors, channel managers, application engineers, and product managers to deliver drive-based automation solutions. Requires technical sales expertise in industrial automation, drives, motion control, or related markets, with travel up to 40%.
