Lead and scale Kwetta’s manufacturing operation for ultra-fast EV chargers. Responsibilities include overseeing Production and Procurement, building scalable manufacturing systems, strengthening supply chain capabilities, coaching leaders, collaborating with Engineering on manufacturability, implementing MRP/ERP systems, developing offshore manufacturing capability, and driving continuous improvement across a high-mix, high-value manufacturing environment.

Analyze grid constraints, charging demand, load profiles, tariffs, network connections, storage, and grid services to develop practical electrification solutions. Support customers and electricity networks with grid connection applications, coordinate technical inputs, and explain complex concepts to stakeholders. Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Engineering, and Solutions teams while improving modelling tools, network playbooks, and reusable solution processes.

Build, maintain, and scale the Kwetta Portal, a cloud platform for monitoring and controlling EV charging infrastructure. Responsibilities include developing customer dashboards, improving security, designing integrations, scaling infrastructure, supporting production software, and collaborating with Product, R&D, Service, and Delivery teams. The role offers ownership of architecture, engineering practices, and product direction in a small, high-trust team.
