Manage daily food production activities, staffing, production targets, quality standards, raw materials, processes, yields, wastage, and records. Coordinate with quality, maintenance, stores, and dispatch teams; address production issues; ensure GMP, hygiene, food safety, cleanliness, and safety compliance; and support process improvement and productivity initiatives.

Manage procurement of raw materials, packaging, ingredients, consumables, and operational supplies. Raise purchase orders, source and evaluate vendors, negotiate pricing and terms, coordinate inventory requirements, prevent stock shortages, maintain procurement documentation, verify invoices, and prepare purchasing reports. The role also supports cost control, strategic sourcing, vendor performance evaluation, compliance, and coordination with stores, production, operations, and accounts teams.

Recruit candidates in bulk for QSR blue-collar roles through field drives, market visits, consultancies, and local networks. Screen, shortlist, onboard, and quickly deploy hires while coordinating manpower planning with store and cluster managers. Support attendance, shifts, employee queries, documentation, attrition monitoring, and replacement hiring. The role requires frequent field work, QSR hiring experience, bilingual communication, strong coordination, and the ability to meet high-volume hiring targets.
