Provides executive support to an MD by managing calendars, communications, travel, meetings, documents, confidential information, office needs, priorities, and special projects. Coordinates with internal departments and external stakeholders, prepares correspondence and meeting materials, maintains records, conducts research, tracks action items, and supports efficient workload management in a fast-paced environment.

Manage daily food production activities, staffing, production targets, quality standards, raw materials, processes, yields, wastage, and records. Coordinate with quality, maintenance, stores, and dispatch teams; address production issues; ensure GMP, hygiene, food safety, cleanliness, and safety compliance; and support process improvement and productivity initiatives.

Manage inventory records, stock levels, replenishment, purchase orders, supplier coordination, and material availability for manufacturing production. Analyze inventory data to identify excess, shortages, and slow-moving items; generate KPI reports; maintain transaction documentation; and optimize warehouse space. Collaborate with procurement, production, logistics, and quality teams to improve inventory accuracy, reduce holding costs, and ensure efficient material flow.
