About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven professional who can handle both recruitment and basic operations for QSR outlets. The role involves mass hiring of blue-collar workforce along with supporting day-to-day operational coordination.
Key Responsibilities
? Recruitment (Major Focus)
Handle mass hiring for QSR roles (Delivery Executives, Kitchen Staff, Helpers, etc.)
Conduct field recruitment drives (job fairs, walk-ins, local sourcing)
Source candidates through market visits, consultancies, and local networks
Screen and shortlist candidates for quick deployment
Ensure fast closures and onboarding ? Operations (Additional Responsibility)
Coordinate with store/cluster managers for manpower planning
Ensure joining, attendance, and shift alignment
Handle basic employee queries and issue resolution
Support documentation and onboarding process
Monitor attrition and replacement hiring
Maintain coordination between HR and operations team Requirements
Mandatory QSR hiring experience
Experience in blue-collar / bulk hiring
Basic understanding of QSR operations
Fluency in Hindi & English (mandatory)
Willingness to work in field (market hiring)
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets Work Structure
