Sell luxury home furnishings to designers in a Washington D.C. showroom through consultative selling, account management, business development, CRM-driven order management, and partnership coordination to meet sales goals.

Assists with developing high-end upholstered furniture from concept through production. Creates poly, cushion, and cutting patterns; maintains product specifications; coordinates materials with vendors; performs quality assessments; monitors trends; supports cross-functional execution; manages multiple projects; and provides technical guidance to production teams. The role requires CAD interpretation, upholstery pattern-making expertise, strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and the ability to work physically for extended periods.

Investigates and resolves furniture and fabric product and installation claims involving defects, damage, and warranty issues. Communicates with customers, sellers, vendors, installers, and internal teams; assesses evidence, determines liability, authorizes remedies, coordinates returns, repairs, remakes, transportation, and service scheduling. Handles escalations, credits, RMAs, billing, discounts, and order entry while balancing customer satisfaction with company policies and financial interests.

Manages quotes, orders, status updates, and follow-up for regional furniture sellers. Serves as the primary contact from quoting through delivery, coordinates with claims, credit, purchasing, factories, and showrooms, and supports lead-time, fabric, freight, billing, discounts, credits, RMAs, and escalations. Requires accurate order entry, strong customer service, critical thinking, organization, multitasking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced contact center environment.

The CGI Renderer/AI Artist will create photorealistic visual content for luxury home furnishings, lead a team on photography projects, and ensure consistency and quality across digital platforms.

Manage and grow a territory of high-end designer accounts across the Boston metro area. Build relationships, prospect new clients, collaborate with designers on bespoke residential projects, coordinate with the local showroom, and use CRM and reporting tools to track pipeline and sales activity.
