Sell luxury home furnishings to designers in a Washington D.C. showroom through consultative selling, account management, business development, CRM-driven order management, and partnership coordination to meet sales goals.

Assists with developing high-end upholstered furniture from concept through production. Creates poly, cushion, and cutting patterns; maintains product specifications; coordinates materials with vendors; performs quality assessments; monitors trends; supports cross-functional execution; manages multiple projects; and provides technical guidance to production teams. The role requires CAD interpretation, upholstery pattern-making expertise, strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and the ability to work physically for extended periods.

Investigates and resolves furniture and fabric product and installation claims involving defects, damage, and warranty issues. Communicates with customers, sellers, vendors, installers, and internal teams; assesses evidence, determines liability, authorizes remedies, coordinates returns, repairs, remakes, transportation, and service scheduling. Handles escalations, credits, RMAs, billing, discounts, and order entry while balancing customer satisfaction with company policies and financial interests.
