The Opportunity
Are you a design-savvy sales professional with an eye for luxury and a passion for territory growth? We are expanding our team and seeking a dynamic, self-motivated City Seller to service high-end designer accounts across Boston and the neighboring metropolitan area.
In this role, you will represent a world-class portfolio of brands—including Kravet, Lee Jofa, Groundworks, GP & J Baker, Brunschwig & Fils, and Donghia—delivering tailored design solutions directly to top residential interior designers. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales, you will collaborate closely with our Boston showroom team to build lasting relationships and drive strategic business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Consultative Account Management: Build, nurture, and maintain long-standing, productive relationships with existing designer accounts while introducing curated, luxury product lines.
Territory & Business Development: Proactively seek out new customer accounts, conduct regular outreach, and schedule client appointments across the Boston metro area to drive sales growth.
Design Collaboration: Work directly with interior designers on bespoke residential design projects, tailoring product suggestions to meet each account’s unique vision and budget.
Showroom Synergy: Partner closely with the local Boston showroom team to ensure a seamless experience for clients, from initial outreach to project completion.
Digital Excellence: Diligently use our CRM and reporting tools to log interactions, track pipeline activity, and follow company guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements
Industry & Regional Expertise: Preferred 3 to 5 years of sales experience within the Boston interior design community with established account relationships, or at least 5 years of experience in the home decor industry. A degree in Interior Design, Business, or Marketing is preferred.
Sales Hunter Mentality: Self-motivated and driven to hit targets, with a proven ability to work independently while driving territory success.
Relationship Builder: Professional, outgoing, and positive demeanor with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Tech-Fluent: Proficient in Google Workspace, social media platforms, and CRM client management systems.
Collaborative Spirit: A high-energy team player who thrives working independently in the field while maintaining close connection to leadership and showroom staff.
Compensation & Benefits
We believe in rewarding proactive sales efforts and commitment to our brand. Our compensation package is designed to provide both stability and exceptional growth potential.
Annual Base Salary: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00
Earning Potential: Salary + Growth Incentive Commissions + Bonus potential!
