Manage and execute external audits, prepare reconciliations, build audit files, execute audits, and ensure compliance with reporting standards.

Manage day-to-day verification, processing and execution of multi-currency payments; ensure suppliers are paid on time; maintain bank account controls and audit-ready payment records; resolve system exceptions; follow Treasury SOPs; protect confidentiality; and support finance and treasury leadership on operational and ad-hoc tasks.

Support daily treasury operations including payment processing, cash planning, banking administration, FX and bank instruments support. Supervise payment controllers as 2IC, improve controls and SOPs, maintain cash forecasts, resolve payment issues, and assist ERP/Business Central treasury process improvements and reporting automation.

Perform daily bank and cash imports, allocations and reconciliations; process invoices, journals and adjustments; prepare supplier, VAT and balance sheet reconciliations; investigate accounting vs operational discrepancies; support month-end, year-end, audit and tax submissions; maintain fixed asset records; collaborate with finance, audit, operations, tax and Treasury; and drive continuous improvement of finance processes and controls.

Serve as first point of contact for customers in South Africa; handle queries, orders, accounts, refunds and complaints. Build relationships, advise on products, prepare reports, and liaise with Sales, Finance and IT. Maintain accurate records and ensure Omnibus and FICA compliance.

Lead migration from Looker Studio to Power BI, design and maintain Power BI dashboards, perform advanced ad-hoc analysis using SQL and Python, implement governance and row-level security, integrate with Microsoft 365, leverage AI tools (Claude AI, Copilot), support FP&A with forecasting and modelling, and champion self-service reporting and data quality.

Provide frontline customer service by answering product and service questions, processing orders, managing customer accounts, handling inbound calls and complaints, liaising with Sales/Finance/IT, preparing reports, and assisting with refunds, exchanges, and FICA/Ominbus management to ensure customer satisfaction and relationship building.
