Manage end-to-end accounting from source entries to trial balance, perform month-end close, reconciliations, inventory and cost accounting for fuel depots, support VAT and treasury tasks, assist FP&A with variance analysis, and provide audit support and process documentation.

Perform daily bank and cash imports, allocations and reconciliations; process invoices, journals and adjustments; prepare supplier, VAT and balance sheet reconciliations; investigate accounting vs operational discrepancies; support month-end, year-end, audit and tax submissions; maintain fixed asset records; collaborate with finance, audit, operations, tax and Treasury; and drive continuous improvement of finance processes and controls.

Provide frontline customer service by answering product and service questions, processing orders, managing customer accounts, handling inbound calls and complaints, liaising with Sales/Finance/IT, preparing reports, and assisting with refunds, exchanges, and FICA/Ominbus management to ensure customer satisfaction and relationship building.
