Provides finance, administration, procurement, records, compliance, and light HR support to the Finance Manager. Responsibilities include processing payments and reimbursements, maintaining financial records, supporting reconciliations, audits, budgets, statutory compliance, vendor management, office supplies, contracts, travel coordination, recruitment administration, and staff records. The role operates from a farm office in Nakuru County with movement to the Nakuru Town head office.

Provide bilingual (French/English) accounting, budgeting, cash and treasury management, banking, and asset support for regional offices. Maintain accurate financial records, prepare reconciliations and reports, support budget planning and month/quarter/year-end closes, and assist colleagues with financial procedures and systems.

Manage the firm’s social media presence and produce primarily video content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok. Responsibilities include planning and filming shoots, editing short- and long-form videos, creating graphics, writing captions, scheduling and publishing content, supporting campaigns and events, monitoring engagement, reporting performance, and maintaining brand and digital asset standards. The consultant must provide professional equipment, work on-site for Nairobi shoots, edit remotely, and deliver approximately five shoots weekly.

Manage full-cycle accounting, inventory and stock accounting, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, tax compliance, budgeting, financial reporting, reconciliations, internal controls and supervise finance staff for wine importation, distribution and sales.

Create, edit and publish professional short- and long-form video and social media content to grow KKCO's digital presence. Manage content calendar, post across platforms, design graphics, capture event media, support campaigns and paid ads, track analytics, report performance, and maintain brand and file organization while collaborating with technical teams to generate leads.
