Develop, implement, and maintain workplace safety programs and policies. Conduct inspections, audits, incident investigations, and training. Ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA), maintain safety records, collaborate with managers, and promote a culture of safety.

Provide administrative and clerical support including scheduling, travel arrangements, correspondence, document preparation, file and database maintenance, mail handling, and protecting confidential information.

Oversee accounting, month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, audits, inventory and fixed asset reconciliations, and ERP/process improvements across multiple locations.

Supervise and coordinate daily cattle unit operations, staffing, training, herd health, recordkeeping, equipment maintenance, budgeting, and compliance with ranch programs and animal welfare standards. Oversee cattle and horse care, scheduling, prescribed burns, and reporting to area management to meet productivity and profitability goals.

Perform daily feed yard recordkeeping and accounting: enter and reconcile cattle, feed, and shipping data; verify tickets; manage inventories and reports; process invoices and statements; maintain digital and physical files; handle office admin, customer and vendor communications, and logistical support.

Manage all dealership operations including budgeting, sales, inventory control, vendor relations, hiring/training, customer service, and compliance to achieve profitability and customer satisfaction.

Perform manual material handling and inventory tasks: read production/shipping documents, move and store materials, assemble customer orders, load vehicles, maintain premises and clean equipment.

Perform manual material-handling tasks: read schedules and orders, move and organize inventory, assemble and load customer orders, maintain premises and equipment, and follow written or oral instructions.

Perform cattle work in cow/calf and stocker units, following strict animal husbandry and herd health protocols. Saddle and ride horses for ranch work, perform livestock procedures (castrating, dehorning, branding, vaccination), maintain fences, pens and water facilities using power tools, and follow supervisor directions. Must work overtime/weekends as needed, maintain punctuality, and prioritize animal care.

Provide excellent customer service in-store and by phone, operate POS, handle cash and deposits, maintain sales and inventory records for turf/sod, follow company policies, and perform other duties as assigned.
