Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including monthly and annual closes, financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, AP, AR, fixed assets, and general ledger activities. Lead and develop the accounting team, ensure U.S. GAAP compliance, coordinate audits, manage commission payouts, oversee inventory and asset counts, improve processes, and help operational leaders understand financial performance.

Manages customer accounts and sells represented equipment through knowledgeable demonstrations, prospecting, customer consultations, and CRM updates. Completes sales, financing, and delivery documentation; follows up after purchases; supports customer satisfaction, company events, and corporate goals. The role involves working in retail stores or field environments and building strong customer relationships.

Moves materials from receiving to storage, organizes inventory, assembles customer orders, compiles order documentation, loads vehicles, maintains premises, and cleans and stores equipment. The role requires reading and understanding written and oral instructions and performing strenuous physical work involving walking, bending, standing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.

Manage grass cultivation and sod harvesting operations, minimizing waste and ensuring timely deliveries. Maintain farm equipment, hire and train employees, oversee staffing, conduct safety training, maintain records, report operational information, and review purchases and invoices. The role requires sound independent judgment, basic mathematics, and efficient, cost-conscious decision-making. Bilingual English and Spanish skills are preferred but not required.
