Creates and manages organic photo, video, and social media content for agriculture and turf business units. Responsibilities include filming and editing, social campaign support, posting, community engagement, interviews, performance reporting, asset organization, and marketing communications projects. The role travels to customer sites, events, trade shows, and field days, collaborating with marketing teams to support brand storytelling and promotional activities.

Supports portfolio analysis for operating business units by building financial models, valuation analyses, performance reports, and returns dashboards. Conducts financial statement, market, competitive, and operational analysis; underwrites growth initiatives, acquisitions, and capital projects; validates financial data; and prepares materials for executive, investment committee, and board meetings. The role also performs model quality control and supports corporate development and capital allocation projects.

Manages dealership operations, including budgeting, sales performance, customer satisfaction, supplier and manufacturer relationships, hiring and employee development, inventory control, accounting coordination, credit issues, and policy compliance. Requires agriculture or farming knowledge, inventory management, sales ability, people leadership, and a bachelor’s degree in business management or agriculture. Prior dealership management experience is preferred.
