Lead procurement and payables transformation engagements: assess current state, redesign processes and organization, select eProcurement solutions, build ROI models, manage project scope, teams, client relationships, and deliverables.

Lead category management and strategic sourcing for indirect corporate spend. Develop sourcing strategies, run RFPs, analyze TCO, negotiate contracts, manage supplier relationships, track compliance and performance metrics, resolve service/quality issues, and support cross-functional improvement projects to deliver cost savings and supplier value.

Lead strategic sourcing for marketing categories: develop multi-year category strategies, run benchmarking and RFPs, negotiate contracts, manage suppliers, deliver cost and value creation, and collaborate with stakeholders and Global Category leadership to implement sourcing initiatives.

Lead a strategic sourcing team to source goods and services for c-store and corporate spend. Manage sourcing events, supplier performance, contract negotiation, procurement processes, and cross-functional commodity teams to achieve lowest total cost of ownership and ensure compliance with corporate procurement policies.

Lead indirect and capital procurement to deliver savings and sourcing strategies. Negotiate contracts, manage supplier relationships and implementations, run RFP/RFQ/RFI processes, drive procurement policy adoption, oversee and develop procurement teams, coordinate with finance and stakeholders, and support supply chain challenges.
