Lead procurement and payables transformation engagements: assess current state, redesign processes and organization, select eProcurement solutions, build ROI models, manage project scope, teams, client relationships, and deliverables.

Manage end-to-end plant supply chain operations including materials management, production scheduling, logistics, S&OP, and inventory control. Drive cost savings, continuous improvement (Lean/Kanban/5S/Kaizen), lead and develop teams, partner cross-functionally for launches, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while meeting service and budget targets.

Lead indirect and capital procurement to deliver savings and sourcing strategies. Negotiate contracts, manage supplier relationships and implementations, run RFP/RFQ/RFI processes, drive procurement policy adoption, oversee and develop procurement teams, coordinate with finance and stakeholders, and support supply chain challenges.
