Implement and execute property-level marketing initiatives, ensure brand consistency, coordinate signage and event support, track campaign performance, liaise with corporate marketing, and support internal departments (F&B, events, retail) to enhance guest engagement and associate communication.

Support the Resort Controller in financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting. Ensure GAAP compliance and internal controls, assist audits and tax filings, supervise and develop finance staff, provide actionable insights to leadership, and drive process improvements and financial systems optimization to maximize resort profitability.

Lead and manage all Rooms Division functions (Front Office, Housekeeping, Laundry, Concierge, PBX, Bell/Valet) for large full-service resorts. Hire, train, and evaluate department managers; ensure room readiness, guest satisfaction, brand standards, safety, and optimize revenue metrics (ADR/RevPAR). Oversee property systems, control expenses, and prepare for operational disruptions.

Lead and manage all Rooms Division operations (Front Office, Housekeeping, Laundry, Concierge, Bell/Valet), hire and develop department leaders, oversee budgets and occupancy/revenue metrics, ensure service standards and guest satisfaction, and participate on the executive committee.

Manage daily waterpark operations including staffing, training, safety, sanitation, equipment maintenance, cost and labor controls, guest service, and profitability. Recruit, schedule, evaluate, and discipline associates; ensure lifeguards/EMTs meet certification standards and execute waterpark strategies with leadership and operational excellence.

Lead strategic direction and day-to-day delivery of all audio-visual services across the resort. Manage AV staff, recruit and train technicians, coordinate event logistics and vendor relationships, prepare budgets and drive AV revenue strategies, and serve as primary AV contact for high-profile and complex events to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Maintain high sanitation and cleanliness across the waterpark, including pools, showers, bathrooms, and general areas. Provide friendly, responsive guest service; communicate attraction requirements and safety concerns. Lead, support, and inspire associates while participating in team values. Work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, and sometimes long hours.

Lead and manage Rooms Division operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, Laundry, Concierge, Valet and Bell staff. Hire, train, and evaluate department managers and teams, control budgets, optimize occupancy and revenue metrics, maintain operational readiness, and drive guest satisfaction and service scores.

Greet and assist golfers, manage tee times and pace of play, communicate course conditions and local rules, update tee sheets, coordinate with marshals and golf shop, and perform additional manager-assigned tasks to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Manage daily operations of The Last Bite candy shop, lead and develop staff, oversee inventory and ordering, track sales and budgets, ensure food safety and sanitation, and maintain excellent guest service in a high-volume resort environment.

Serve as first point of contact for HR office; handle new hire processing and file management; manage uniform distribution and inventory; respond to associate inquiries; support onboarding, benefits administration, and other HR tasks as assigned.

Set up, refresh, tear down, and maintain banquet and meeting spaces per Banquet Event Orders. Ensure cleanliness, proper equipment placement, and guest-ready presentation. Support team members, follow resort standards, and work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
