Supervise waterpark front desk operations, drive internal revenue sales, prepare daily reports, assist guests, process transactions, oversee team performance, ensure cleanliness and sanitation, and promote excellent guest service and employee retention.

Provide front-line support for Sales and Group Rooms: greet clients, manage group room blocks and reservations in Passkey/Versa/Delphi, process deposits/payments, monitor pickup activity, and perform administrative record-keeping to ensure smooth group experiences.

Lead HR strategy and operations for resort/convention properties: recruit, onboard, develop talent; manage compensation, benefits, compliance (OSHA, FMLA, workers' comp), employee relations, training, HRIS/ADP systems, and succession planning to foster an inclusive, high-performing workplace.

Support the HR Director by leading HR strategy, recruitment, onboarding, talent development, compensation and benefits, performance management, training, succession planning, employee relations, compliance (FMLA, OSHA, workers' comp, unemployment), HR operations/HRIS reporting, and exchange visitor program/housing management to foster an inclusive, safe, and high-performing workplace.

Lead and develop the grounds team to maintain resort landscaping, irrigation, walkways, parking, and outdoor spaces. Oversee planting, trimming, snow removal, preventive maintenance of equipment, vendor relationships, budgets, and cross-department support for events and seasonal initiatives while ensuring safety and guest satisfaction.

Supervise and assist with setup, service, and cleanup of banquet functions. Inspect setups against banquet event orders (BEOs), delegate and check staff work, ensure safety and event specifications, and lead a hands-on, physically active team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Hire, train, and evaluate department managers; ensure room readiness, guest satisfaction, brand standards, safety, and optimize revenue metrics (ADR/RevPAR).
