Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the waterpark, pools, shower areas, and bathrooms. Manage and oversee the resort EMS department, provide prompt emergency response, document and investigate guest and associate incidents, maintain incident report files, assist corporate claims, complete guest follow-ups, and lead EMS staff to ensure health and safety standards across the resort.

Perform setup, refresh, teardown and maintenance of banquet and meeting spaces per Banquet Event Orders (BEOs). Ensure timely room setups including AV/equipment, maintain cleanliness and sanitation, provide courteous guest service, and support team members during long hours, weekends and holidays.

Lead and support front-of-house banquet and beverage teams to plan and execute large-scale events. Manage staffing, timelines, SOP adherence, safety, sanitation, and guest service. Collaborate with catering, kitchen, and sales; train and coach associates; monitor cleanliness and basic P&L and budget responsibilities. Nights, weekends, and holidays required.

Greet and assist golfers, inform them of course conditions and rules, manage tee times and pace of play, communicate with golf shop and marshals, and perform additional duties as assigned to deliver exceptional guest service.

Supervise and assist setup, service, and cleanup of banquet functions; inspect setups against banquet event orders, delegate and check staff work, ensure safety and accuracy, and support efficient event service in a fast-paced convention environment.

Solicit, develop, and close group business for a large resort/convention center. Lead and manage all Rooms Division functions (Front Office, Housekeeping, Laundry, Concierge, PBX, Bell/Valet) for large full-service resorts. Hire, train, and evaluate department managers; ensure room readiness, guest satisfaction, brand standards, safety, and optimize revenue metrics (ADR/RevPAR). Oversee property systems, control expenses, and prepare for operational disruptions.

Prepare and produce candy shop menu items (hand-dipped chocolates, caramel apples, fudge), assist overall candy production, communicate product knowledge, deliver guest service, and work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Set up, refresh, tear down and maintain meeting and banquet spaces per Banquet Event Orders. Ensure cleanliness, arrange audiovisual and meeting equipment, assist guests and team members, and support management with event needs to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Support and oversee daily waterpark operations, assisting the Waterpark Director with scheduling, training, staffing, safety, compliance with state aquatic codes, guest service and conflict resolution, labor budgeting, hiring and retention, and associate development to deliver a safe, high-quality guest experience.

Set up and break down banquet and convention spaces per Banquet Event Orders, move and store equipment, maintain cleanliness and sanitation, and provide courteous support to guests and event teams to ensure events run smoothly.

Lead banquet operations for large convention resorts, ensuring flawless setup and service. Hire, coach, and schedule staff; partner with Sales, Convention Services, and Culinary; enforce health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol policies; manage labor forecasting, inventory, and operational expenses; and drive continuous process and service improvements.

Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and proper storage of dishware, silverware, and kitchen equipment.
