Supports implementations, resort openings, training, process standardization, and consistent communication across properties.

Provides overnight security for a resort property by patrolling, interacting with guests and associates, enforcing company policies and applicable laws, monitoring security equipment, reviewing logs, receiving shift briefings, and responding to incidents and complaints. The role requires clear communication, confidentiality, knowledge of local, state, and federal laws, and CPR certification.

Performs accounting and financial reporting support, reconciles discrepancies, assists with accounts payable and payroll, prepares state and local sales and use tax returns, and supports accounting office functions and special projects under the Controller.

Supports corporate recruiting by managing ATS records and applicant pipelines, coordinating exempt-level hiring, conducting screenings, communicating with hiring leaders, improving recruitment processes, and serving as the primary recruiter for the college internship program. The role partners with hiring managers, HR teams, interns, recruiters, and resort teams to deliver a responsive candidate experience.

Manage and lead the grounds team to maintain resort landscaping, irrigation, walkways, parking, and outdoor recreation areas. Oversee preventive maintenance, equipment, vendor relationships, budgets, seasonal plantings, snow removal, and support special events while ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and excellent guest experiences.

Supervise adventure park ride operations, ensuring safe, efficient, clean, and well-maintained attractions.
