Assists the Director of Sales in leading hotel sales activities, developing group, event, and corporate business, managing client relationships, mentoring sales staff, tracking performance, and achieving revenue goals. Oversees sales for conventions, weddings, retreats, and special events while collaborating with operations, catering, and convention services. Maintains CRM records and supports sales forecasting, budgeting, and strategy execution.

Develops and manages group accounts for a resort, generates new business through prospecting and networking, builds relationships with meeting planners and organizations, prepares proposals, negotiates agreements, conducts property tours, maintains CRM and sales forecasts, and partners with resort teams to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.

Performs accounts payable and accounting office functions, reconciles discrepancies, processes financial information, supports reporting and analysis, assists with monthly state and local sales and use tax returns, and completes special projects assigned by the Controller.

Performs accounts receivable and general accounting activities, including financial reporting, budget support, inventory, tax analysis, fixed assets, billing, bank reconciliations, audit schedules, and special projects. Supports accounting office functions and collaborates with finance team members. The role requires an accounting-related associate degree or equivalent experience, three to five years of related finance or accounting experience, and knowledge of hospitality accounting.

Oversee financial information processing, reporting, and analysis across multiple resort locations. Manage accounting staff, review financial reports for accuracy, coordinate consistent accounting processes, and provide guidance and support to team members. The role also supports financial operations and organizational integrity across the company.

Supports HR operations through file and uniform management, audit projects, new-hire processing, orientation paperwork, international student program administration, personnel records, procedures, and reporting. The internship provides mentoring, coaching, and exposure to multiple areas of HR management. Owns and optimizes Rooms technology systems across Kalahari Resorts, including Agilysys Versa configurations, inventory, packages, integrations, reporting, testing, upgrades, issue resolution, and documentation. Partners with Rooms, IT, Finance, Revenue Management, vendors, and property teams to translate operational needs into system requirements. Supports implementations, resort openings, training, process standardization, and consistent communication across properties.
