Supervise front-of-house operations at Double Cut Steak House: lead, train, and coach associates; enforce policies and service standards; fill in as needed; maintain equipment and cleanliness; support managers with administrative duties to ensure exceptional guest experience and efficient restaurant operations.

Lead strategic direction and day-to-day delivery of all audio-visual services across the resort. Manage AV staff, recruit and train technicians, coordinate event logistics and vendor relationships, prepare budgets and drive AV revenue strategies, and serve as primary AV contact for high-profile and complex events to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Supervise daily operations of the indoor theme park, lead and develop team members, ensure guest safety and satisfaction, oversee daily ride inspections, and complete required paperwork, reports, and schedules.
