Lead client analytics engagements end-to-end: define scope and SOWs, manage cross-functional delivery teams, ensure technical best practices, oversee deliverables and project P/L, communicate with stakeholders, mitigate risks, mentor teams, and identify follow-on business opportunities.

Lead and coordinate multiple client analytics engagements, oversee delivery teams and workstream leaders, and drive complex statistical and optimization modeling (LP, MIP, discrete optimization). Provide thought leadership, develop and supervise proprietary solution libraries, present high-level insights to clients and executives, support sales and business development, and contribute to group leadership and knowledge sharing.

Lead consultative sales to sell team-based consulting engagements across digital transformation, SAP, modernization, application development, cybersecurity, data analytics, and AI. Build C-level relationships, shape demand, manage full sales lifecycle, develop proposals, negotiate deals, forecast pipeline, and drive account expansion while partnering with delivery and leadership to ensure smooth transition to execution.

Lead design and execution of enterprise data governance and MDM strategy. Establish policies, stewardship, ownership models; drive data quality, metadata, reference data, lifecycle management; partner with business, IT, compliance and analytics; implement governance/MDM tools; monitor KPIs, report maturity and risks; promote continuous improvement.

Prepare and enable business users for User Acceptance Testing through onboarding, hands-on training, real-time coaching, test execution guidance, defect reporting support, and coordination with SMEs, IT, QA, and stakeholders. Develop simplified test materials, monitor engagement, and drive continuous improvement in testing and training.

Designs and delivers instructor-led and virtual training for non-technical users, simplifying complex concepts into practical, role-based learning. Collaborates with SMEs and IT to build end-to-end learning journeys, hands-on practice, job aids, and simulations. Measures training effectiveness, identifies knowledge gaps, and iterates content to drive adoption. Works independently, adapts delivery to learner needs, and focuses on real-world application. Remote role requiring US citizenship or green card.
