Supports enterprise data and analytics initiatives by gathering requirements, writing user stories, managing Jira backlogs, documenting workflows and data mappings, validating data with SQL, and assisting with Power BI reports and DAX measures. Participates in Agile ceremonies, UAT, process improvement, sprint planning, and client stakeholder engagement while helping deliver data-driven solutions across consulting engagements.

Design, develop, and deploy cloud-based data pipelines, applications, data lakes, and warehouses. Perform data ingestion, transformation, integration, modeling, visualization, reporting, and risk analysis using Azure, AWS, SQL, Python, Spark, Power BI, and related tools. Collaborate with IT and business teams to deliver scalable analytics solutions and streamline projects. Travel to client locations within the United States is required.

Support AI/ML engineers in developing generative AI and LLM applications, including chatbots, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, model evaluation, data preprocessing, and data pipelines. Learn and apply deep learning concepts, research emerging techniques, explore vector embeddings, and collaborate on architecture and implementation tasks under senior engineer guidance.

Lead client analytics engagements end-to-end: define scope and SOWs, manage cross-functional delivery teams, ensure technical best practices, oversee deliverables and project P/L, communicate with stakeholders, mitigate risks, mentor teams, and identify follow-on business opportunities.

Lead and coordinate multiple client analytics engagements, oversee delivery teams and workstream leaders, and drive complex statistical and optimization modeling (LP, MIP, discrete optimization). Provide thought leadership, develop and supervise proprietary solution libraries, present high-level insights to clients and executives, support sales and business development, and contribute to group leadership and knowledge sharing.
