Produce detailed shop, production, and installation drawings for bespoke joinery and interior fit-outs. Develop fabrication details for furniture, kitchens, doors, panels, and hardware schedules. Review architectural drawings, coordinate with designers, production, CNC programming and site teams, prepare cutting lists and as-built drawings, and maintain drawing registers to ensure compliance with specifications.

Manage receipt, inspection, storage, issuance, and inventory control of materials, tools, and equipment for interior fit-out projects. Maintain accurate stock records in ERP, conduct stock counts and audits, coordinate replenishment with Procurement, track material movements, ensure safe storage and HSE compliance, and prepare inventory reports.

Source and procure materials, equipment, and subcontractor services for interior fit-out projects. Review drawings/BOQs, obtain and evaluate quotes, negotiate terms, issue purchase orders, track deliveries, manage supplier performance, ensure quality compliance with QA/QC, maintain procurement records and budgets, and support supplier pre-qualification and cost-control initiatives.

Prepare, review, and coordinate technical shop drawings, material submittals, and fit-out layouts. Coordinate with architects, MEP, and subcontractors to resolve clashes and RFIs, provide site technical support, ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards, assist QA/QC, and maintain drawing registers, as-built drawings, and O&M manuals.

Lead end-to-end fit-out project delivery: planning, procurement, site supervision, cost/time/risk control, subcontractor management, quality and HSE compliance, client coordination, and project closeout to meet approved designs and handover schedules.

Manage financial activities for interior fit-out projects including AP/AR, invoicing, payroll support, bank and ledger reconciliations, project cost tracking, budgeting, VAT compliance, month/year-end closes, and preparation of financial and management reports to support cost control and audits.

Support project managers on interior fit-out and joinery projects by coordinating documentation, schedules, procurement, site activities, and stakeholder communication. Track progress, prepare trackers and reports, manage shop drawings and approvals, assist with handover, and ensure compliance with company procedures and project documentation standards.

Oversee and enforce HSE policies for interior fit-out construction sites. Conduct daily inspections, JSAs, permit-to-work checks, toolbox talks, incident investigations, safety audits, and training. Maintain HSE documentation, coordinate with project teams, ensure PPE usage, manage emergency and fire safety arrangements, and support client and authority inspections.

Monitor progress across multiple interior fit-out projects, collect updates from stakeholders, track actions/approvals/materials/RFIs, produce daily/weekly/monthly reports and dashboards, identify delays and risks, prepare meeting minutes and executive summaries, and support schedule recovery and management reporting.

Supervise daily interior fit-out and joinery works (partitions, ceilings, flooring, painting), manage manpower and subcontractors, ensure work matches drawings, specs, quality standards and schedules, coordinate with MEP and project teams, inspect workmanship, maintain site reports and materials records, enforce health and safety, assist with snagging, rectification and handover.

Supervise and coordinate on-site interior fit-out works (commercial, hospitality, retail, residential, office). Manage subcontractors, review drawings, monitor progress, ensure quality, safety and UAE compliance, prepare reports, handle inspections, commissioning and project handover.

Develop and manage detailed schedules and baseline programs for interior fit-out projects. Monitor progress, perform critical path and delay analysis, prepare reports and recovery plans, coordinate stakeholders, track resources and procurement, support EOT claims, and maintain planning documentation to ensure timely project delivery.

Manage and maintain document control systems for interior fit-out projects: register, track, distribute, and archive drawings, submittals, RFIs, approvals, O&M manuals and handover documents. Coordinate submissions with consultants, clients, subcontractors and suppliers, ensure latest approved documents are available, support audits and ensure compliance with ISO and company procedures.

Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates; monitor project costs and cash flow; prepare payment applications and final accounts; assess variations and certify subcontractor payments; conduct site measurements; produce monthly cost and commercial progress reports; support procurement and recommend cost-saving/value engineering solutions while ensuring compliance with UAE construction standards.

Lead and maintain project quality for interior fit-out works: develop Project Quality Plans and ITPs, perform site inspections, manage material/subcontractor quality, coordinate inspections and approvals, close out NCRs and punch lists, ensure snag-free handover, produce quality reports, and train teams. Ensure ISO 9001 compliance and manage QA/QC for finishes, joinery, MEP coordination, and bespoke items.

Lead technical delivery of interior fit-out projects: manage design coordination, shop drawings, submittals, authority/consultant liaison, site technical support, quality control, value engineering, risk mitigation, and handover documentation.
