- Monitor the progress of multiple interior fit-out projects and ensure timely follow-up on project milestones.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement, Design, Commercial, and QA/QC teams to collect project updates.
- Track pending actions, approvals, material deliveries, RFIs, shop drawings, and consultant comments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports for senior management.
- Develop and maintain project dashboards, trackers, and KPI reports.
- Monitor project schedules and highlight delays, risks, and critical issues requiring management attention.
- Follow up with internal departments, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes of meetings (MoM), and monitor the closure of action items.
- Consolidate progress data from multiple projects and prepare executive summary reports.
- Coordinate with Planning Engineers to monitor project schedules and recovery plans.
- Support management by providing accurate project status updates and recommendations.
- Maintain project documentation, correspondence logs, and reporting records.
- Assist in preparing management presentations and performance reports.
- Ensure reporting accuracy and maintain confidentiality of project information.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting systems and project coordination processes.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or related discipline
- Minimum 3-6 years of experience in project coordination, reporting, or project controls within construction or interior fit-out
- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out project workflows and construction processes
- Excellent project tracking, coordination, and follow-up skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook
