Produce detailed shop, production, and installation drawings for bespoke joinery and interior fit-outs. Develop fabrication details for furniture, kitchens, doors, panels, and hardware schedules. Review architectural drawings, coordinate with designers, production, CNC programming and site teams, prepare cutting lists and as-built drawings, and maintain drawing registers to ensure compliance with specifications.

Manage receipt, inspection, storage, issuance, and inventory control of materials, tools, and equipment for interior fit-out projects. Maintain accurate stock records in ERP, conduct stock counts and audits, coordinate replenishment with Procurement, track material movements, ensure safe storage and HSE compliance, and prepare inventory reports.

Source and procure materials, equipment, and subcontractor services for interior fit-out projects. Review drawings/BOQs, obtain and evaluate quotes, negotiate terms, issue purchase orders, track deliveries, manage supplier performance, ensure quality compliance with QA/QC, maintain procurement records and budgets, and support supplier pre-qualification and cost-control initiatives.
