Leads accounting operations, including cost, property, fixed assets, accounts payable, audits, tax compliance, reconciliations, controls, and financial reporting. Requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, at least five years of accounting management experience, advanced Excel skills, and experience implementing accounting technology.

Configure ERP functionality, analyze processes and data, develop reports and integrations, troubleshoot issues, coordinate testing and deployments, and document solutions. Partner with engineering, production, supply chain, warehouse, logistics, customer service, IT, vendors, and leadership to improve automation, data accuracy, inventory control, planning, and delivery performance.

Oversees and optimizes sales processes, CRM and sales tools, order workflows, pricing, inventory coordination, reporting, and customer support. Identifies operational inefficiencies, implements process improvements, analyzes sales and inventory data, prepares documentation, and collaborates across departments. Supports sales managers with order approvals, quotes, customer communications, and issue resolution while coaching sales staff without direct supervisory responsibility.

Specifies motors, drives, panels, transformers, breakers, and MCCs; optimizes power distribution and substations; evaluates supplier specifications and quotations; manages procurement, BOMs, scheduling, logistics, contractors, and project execution. Coordinates with plant, headquarters, vendors, and suppliers to ensure equipment quality, startup, safety, and operational reliability.

Supports manufacturing engineering projects involving industrial equipment, utility systems, piping, and conveying systems. Responsibilities include equipment specification, supplier evaluation and management, purchasing documentation, quotation review, price negotiation, project scheduling, logistics, startup coordination, and AutoCAD-based equipment and piping layout design. The role works with plant, headquarters, and vendor personnel to ensure equipment quality and performance.

Administers plant HR operations, including recruitment coordination, hourly employee onboarding and terminations, personnel records, HRIS updates, benefits claims, payroll processing, access cards, employee inquiries, and HR program support. Maintains confidential documentation and ensures compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Requires an associate degree or equivalent experience, intermediate Microsoft Office skills, and preferably HRIS experience.

Provides administrative and operational support to the General Counsel and legal team. Responsibilities include coordinating legal matters, calendars, meetings, documents, files, invoices, payments, deadlines, and communications with internal departments, outside counsel, and vendors. The role also reviews legal invoices, prepares reports and correspondence, maintains confidential records, supports compliance and records management, and follows up on action items. Lead and develop a sales team to meet revenue targets in the building materials industry. Recruit, train, coach sales and customer service coordinators; support pricing, proposals, and account strategies; attend trade shows, resolve customer issues, and travel to build customer and partner relationships.

Provide administrative support for credit operations: manage physical and electronic customer files, process cash application and accounts receivable, support order releases and collections, assist with audits, and coordinate with Sales, Accounting, and other departments to maintain accurate records and timely order processing.

Manage 50-70 national distributor accounts for irrigation products: drive sales growth, handle pricing, order entry, scheduling, customer quotes, samples and dispute resolution. Design, specify, purchase, and manage industrial and utility equipment for plastic extrusion plants. Create piping and pneumatic conveying system layouts in AutoCAD, evaluate supplier quotes, coordinate vendor logistics and start-up, manage projects from initiation to completion, and produce technical documentation. Support plant personnel to ensure equipment quality and continuous operations.
