Designs and executes electrical automation systems for plant expansions and improvements. Specifies motors, drives, panels, transformers, breakers, and MCCs; optimizes power distribution and substations; evaluates supplier specifications and quotations; manages procurement, BOMs, scheduling, logistics, contractors, and project execution. Coordinates with plant, headquarters, vendors, and suppliers to ensure equipment quality, startup, safety, and operational reliability.

Administers plant HR operations, including recruitment coordination, hourly employee onboarding and terminations, personnel records, HRIS updates, benefits claims, payroll processing, access cards, employee inquiries, and HR program support. Maintains confidential documentation and ensures compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Requires an associate degree or equivalent experience, intermediate Microsoft Office skills, and preferably HRIS experience.

Provides administrative and operational support to the General Counsel and legal team. Responsibilities include coordinating legal matters, calendars, meetings, documents, files, invoices, payments, deadlines, and communications with internal departments, outside counsel, and vendors. The role also reviews legal invoices, prepares reports and correspondence, maintains confidential records, supports compliance and records management, and follows up on action items. Candidates need legal support experience, knowledge of legal terminology and processes, strong organization, communication, judgment, and a bachelor's degree.

Manages production scheduling and process improvements for PVC and PE conduit fittings. Monitors quality, costs, output, scrap, downtime, inventory, and lead times; develops AS400 scheduling and reporting systems; coordinates materials, suppliers, procurement, sales, logistics, plants, and quality teams; resolves scheduling and quality issues; and generates production performance reports. This individual-contributor role requires cross-functional collaboration and occasional travel to plant locations.

Administer and enforce EHS and THM programs to ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and company safety standards. Conduct audits, trainings, accident investigations, and maintain safety documentation. Collaborate with management to stop unsafe operations and lead safety committee activities.

Serve as a trusted HR advisor across multiple business units: conduct workplace investigations, administer FMLA/ADA and leave programs, support HR operations and performance management, maintain HRIS records (Paycom), produce HR reports/analytics, and drive HR projects and process improvements to support employees and leaders.

Serve as the technical escalation lead for Plant and HQ IT, supporting Microsoft ecosystem and plant-floor hardware, mentoring the team, implementing ITSM practices, and building automation (PowerShell, Power Automate) and AI-assisted support to reduce repeat incidents and scale IT operations.

Provide administrative support for credit operations: manage physical and electronic customer files, process cash application and accounts receivable, support order releases and collections, assist with audits, and coordinate with Sales, Accounting, and other departments to maintain accurate records and timely order processing.

Lead production scheduling using SAP PP and MES to create, optimize, and release production orders. Monitor shop-floor performance, manage capacity constraints, run daily cross-functional scheduling meetings, support S&OP, drive continuous improvement, mentor junior schedulers, and report on KPIs and recovery plans to leadership.

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and mechanical systems. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, align and calibrate equipment, interpret blueprints, use precision tools, follow safety procedures (LOTO, confined space), document work in a CMMS, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Develop and improve molding manufacturing processes for SMC products: maintain setup documentation, run mold and material trials, perform weekly product testing, evaluate molds, coordinate mold maintenance and vendor quotes, track COAs, and collaborate with R&D and production to reduce scrap and improve quality and output.

Lead and develop a sales team to meet revenue targets in the building materials industry. Recruit, train, coach sales and customer service coordinators; support pricing, proposals, and account strategies; attend trade shows, resolve customer issues, and travel to build customer and partner relationships.

Lead plant engineering across utilities, production equipment, automation, controls, and data systems. Manage capital projects, budgets, cross-functional collaboration, MSPs, and continuous improvement to ensure reliable, efficient manufacturing operations.

Design, specify, purchase, and manage industrial and utility equipment for plastic extrusion plants. Create piping and pneumatic conveying system layouts in AutoCAD, evaluate supplier quotes, coordinate vendor logistics and start-up, manage projects from initiation to completion, and produce technical documentation. Support plant personnel to ensure equipment quality and continuous operations.

Coordinate production schedules between corporate, plants, and sales; maintain production systems and inventory masters; generate and distribute standard and ad hoc reports; manage tooling transfers, interplant orders, audits, and administrative support for the Production department.

Manage and optimize production scheduling for designated plants: create and adjust schedules, coordinate resources across production, supply chain, and QA, lead scheduling team, use scheduling/ERP tools to track performance, resolve bottlenecks, and align scheduling strategies with business objectives while ensuring safety and quality compliance.

Lead credit analysis, approve applications within authority, monitor account risk, support collections and cash application processes, back up the Credit Manager, train staff, develop reporting and system improvements, manage audits, and participate in projects to optimize credit and AR operations.
