Maintain and develop in-house ERP applications (ASP.NET/C#/VB), support vendor applications, work with users to identify changes, troubleshoot issues, develop processing logic, test and debug, and assist on special projects.

Lead credit analysis, approve applications within authority, monitor account risk, support collections and cash application processes, back up the Credit Manager, train staff, develop reporting and system improvements, manage audits, and participate in projects to optimize credit and AR operations.

Provide full electrical engineering services for plant machinery and processes: design and implement motor controls, PLC/HMI/servo/inverter/CNC programming, create schematics and one-line diagrams, support machine build specs, perform on- and off-site commissioning, develop PLC standards, and support construction and safety (Arc Flash) labeling.

Manage sourcing, production, quality, compliance, costing, and pricing for PVC and PE fittings. Collaborate with sales and production to ensure product availability, drive revenue growth, and maintain market leadership through supplier management, process improvements, and performance reporting.

Designs, programs, and commissions electrical control systems for plant machinery. Duties include PLC/HMI/CNC programming, servo/inverter and motor control work, AutoCAD schematics, commissioning equipment on- and off-site, creating one-line diagrams, safety/arc-flash labeling, and supporting machine builds and construction.

Manage 50-70 national distributor accounts for irrigation products: drive sales growth, handle pricing, order entry, scheduling, customer quotes, samples and dispute resolution. Maintain product knowledge, collaborate with production and credit teams, attend sales meetings, and collect market/competitor intelligence.

Lead and develop a sales team to meet revenue targets in the building materials industry. Recruit, train, coach sales and customer service coordinators; support pricing, proposals, and account strategies; attend trade shows, resolve customer issues, and travel to build customer and partner relationships.

Develop and improve molding manufacturing processes for SMC products: maintain setup documentation, run mold and material trials, perform weekly product testing, evaluate molds, coordinate mold maintenance and vendor quotes, track COAs, and collaborate with R&D and production to reduce scrap and improve quality and output.
