Coordinate in-house e-billing, review invoices, resolve billing issues, maintain document database (HighQ), compose correspondence and reports, conduct research, and support Legal Department projects while preserving confidentiality.

Manages production scheduling and process improvements for PVC and PE conduit fittings. Monitors quality, costs, output, scrap, downtime, inventory, and lead times; develops AS400 scheduling and reporting systems; coordinates materials, suppliers, procurement, sales, logistics, plants, and quality teams; resolves scheduling and quality issues; and generates production performance reports. This individual-contributor role requires cross-functional collaboration and occasional travel to plant locations.

Administer and enforce EHS and THM programs to ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and company safety standards. Conduct audits, trainings, accident investigations, and maintain safety documentation. Collaborate with management to stop unsafe operations and lead safety committee activities.
