Leads accounting operations, including cost, property, fixed assets, accounts payable, audits, tax compliance, reconciliations, controls, and financial reporting. Manages accounting staff, implements new accounting systems, develops policies and procedures, improves processes through technology, investigates irregularities, and partners with executives and departments. Requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, at least five years of accounting management experience, advanced Excel skills, and experience implementing accounting technology.

Develops and copyedits print and digital marketing content, maintains marketing databases and resource libraries, processes administrative approvals in Salesforce and timekeeping systems, and supports campaigns, projects, tradeshows, customer service, and sales activities. The role coordinates priorities, communicates project progress, conducts marketing research, monitors trends, and ensures content accuracy, quality, and brand consistency.

Build and lead the Legal Operations function, including legal billing and matter management system implementation, outside counsel and vendor management, budgeting, accruals, spend reporting, contract lifecycle management, legal holds, records administration, and process design. Partner with Legal, Finance, IT, and business leaders to improve efficiency, control costs, implement technology, establish reporting, and drive adoption of scalable legal processes.
