Perform month-end close tasks, prepare journal entries, reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts, analyze costs and variances, support audits and tax filings, collaborate with production and IT to improve accounting processes, and produce ad hoc reports and recommendations for management.

Administer and enforce EHS and THM programs to ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and company safety standards. Conduct audits, trainings, accident investigations, and maintain safety documentation. Collaborate with management to stop unsafe operations and lead safety committee activities.

Serve as a trusted HR advisor across multiple business units: conduct workplace investigations, administer FMLA/ADA and leave programs, support HR operations and performance management, maintain HRIS records (Paycom), produce HR reports/analytics, and drive HR projects and process improvements to support employees and leaders.
