Support claims operations by setting up reported claims, answering claim calls, reviewing policy coverage, entering reserves and payments, managing vendor invoices, producing correspondence and monthly reports, and following claims procedures under manager supervision.

Provides technical underwriting support for personal lines accounts, including rating policies, preparing quotes and proposals, researching loss information, processing applications and endorsements, and communicating with brokers, underwriters, and internal teams. The role also makes underwriting decisions on referred accounts, gathers required documentation, evaluates loss experience, follows up on outstanding information, and supports marketing and workflow processes.

Develop and maintain insurance compliance programs for wholesale brokerage and Excess & Surplus operations. Monitor state regulations, surplus lines requirements, licensing, market conduct, filings, audits, and operational controls across jurisdictions. Provide regulatory guidance, conduct compliance reviews, assess risks, implement corrective actions, develop training and reporting, and collaborate with brokerage, underwriting, legal, finance, HR, and carrier teams.

Nine-week summer internship (June 2027) at a national wholesale insurance intermediary. Interns receive mentors, shadow staff, join team meetings, perform meaningful work within Brokerage or Delegated Binding Authority, attend training sessions, collaborate on a group project, and present findings to company leaders.

Lead delivery and migration of the ConceptOne agency management platform, managing vendors and project teams, developing project plans and governance, mapping insurance broking processes, executing data modeling and cutover activities, configuring the C1 platform, and mentoring team members while providing regular updates to senior leadership.

The Underwriting Assistant supports underwriting operations by issuing policies, documenting files, assisting retail agents, and handling various insurance tasks.

The Underwriting Operations Assistant supports policy service work in Commercial Insurance Programs by processing transactions, coordinating with agents, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with guidelines.
