Nine-week summer internship (June 2027) at a national wholesale insurance intermediary. Interns receive mentors, shadow staff, join team meetings, perform meaningful work within Brokerage or Delegated Binding Authority, attend training sessions, collaborate on a group project, and present findings to company leaders.

Support claims operations by setting up reported claims, answering claim calls, reviewing policy coverage, entering reserves and payments, managing vendor invoices, producing correspondence and monthly reports, and following claims procedures under manager supervision.

Provide administrative and operational support for delegated authority claims: open and organize claim files, track deadlines and SLAs, prepare and submit documentation to third parties, run routine and ad hoc reports, assist with payments and loss run requests, and maintain procedures and desk guides under Claims Manager direction.
