Lead growth for the Leisure (Out Of Home) channel by managing existing accounts and winning new business. Build and maintain a prospect pipeline, set and deliver AOP targets, develop segment propositions, negotiate commercial terms, manage forecasts, pricing, rebates and marketing budgets, and work cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Demand Planning and Finance to deliver GP and long-term growth.

The Sales Executive coordinates point of sales activities to achieve sales targets, manages distributor teams, conducts market intelligence, and ensures compliance with pricing and promotional plans.

The Project Manager leads end-to-end projects to meet safety, quality, and efficiency targets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery while fostering collaboration across teams.

The HR Manager will strategically partner with production leadership to enhance workforce productivity, manage employee relations, oversee talent management, ensure labor compliance, and drive a positive work culture within the manufacturing site.
