Job Description
On this position you will:
Logistics & Product Management
- Coordinate parcel shipments via Nova Poshta, including creating waybills (ТТН), sorting, packaging, and dispatching items.
- Manage sample write-offs, including documentation, approvals, and delivery coordination.
- Organize product/samples logistics, including mockups, listings, and deliveries.
Document Management
- Process WBS and purchase orders in collaboration with Finance and Procurement.
- Handle supplier documentation via DocOnline and ensure timely approvals.
- Support customs clearance for warranty spare parts.
Office Support
- Maintain product/sample organization in the office.
- Compile photo reports for equipment placement and oversee marketing materials production.
- Manage contact directories and provide access to the Recipe Library.
Qualifications
- Higher education
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, developed communication skills, ability to work effectively both autonomously and in a team
- Time management
- Creativity (e.g., updating catalogs, creating POS materials, etc.)
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (Canva is a plus)
- Interest in design
- Good knowledge of English
- Experience in a similar position is a plus
