Provide first-level technical support for end-users: respond to tickets, troubleshoot hardware/software/connectivity, support Windows 11 and macOS, Microsoft 365 apps, manage accounts in Active Directory, assist with workstation imaging/deployment and conference room technology, document resolutions, escalate complex issues, and maintain knowledge base.

Provide responsive end-user technical support for workstations, conferencing/live-event technologies, Windows 11 and macOS, Intune-based deployment, Active Directory account administration, and help desk ticketing. Manage device lifecycle, imaging, asset management, and support meetings and livestreams while delivering executive-level support and user training.

Support product managers in new product introductions and lifecycle activities. Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, sourcing, marketing, sales, supply chain), manage project timelines, prepare documentation and analyses (pricing, RFQs, benchmarking), assist sales/marketing with presentations and training, participate in trade shows, and support VP of Product Development.

Design, develop, qualify, and test consumer electronics and home electrical products. Support product management, NPI, supplier selection/quality, regulatory certification, IP investigations, benchmarking, beta testing, and cross‑functional technical support.

Design and produce merchandising materials, displays, packaging artwork, trade show collateral, e-commerce imagery, and sales support materials for wholesale and club channels. Coordinate with copywriters, photographers, printers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure accurate execution and quality control of artwork and mock-ups.

Handle customer inquiries by phone, fax, and written communication; process and maintain customer accounts, purchase orders, returns, claims, and credits. Provide product availability, pricing, shipping information, and support sales and team members. Investigate shortages, mis-shipments, and pricing discrepancies; recommend process improvements and act as backup receptionist.

Administer and enhance employee benefits and wellness programs. Serve as primary benefits contact, manage enrollment/eligibility, partner with carriers/broker, lead open enrollment, ensure compliance (ERISA, FMLA, ADA, COBRA), administer 401(k) and leave programs, coordinate wellness initiatives and fitness center, maintain records and filings, process invoices, and support reporting and audits.
