Supports customer opportunities, sales initiatives, account planning, promotions, quotes, item setup, and product launches. Coordinates timelines, meetings, milestones, action items, and cross-functional communication across Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Pricing, Supply Chain, and Operations. Prepares reports, presentations, and business reviews; tracks deadlines, escalates risks, maintains documentation, and identifies process improvements.

Manages products and product lines from conception through end of life. Responsibilities include product strategy, market research, sourcing, supplier negotiations, testing, merchandising, pricing, marketing materials, sales support, training, quality evaluation, and trade show participation. The role works cross-functionally with sales, marketing, purchasing, customer service, and suppliers, and requires travel to Asia one to three times annually.

Develops and executes e-commerce growth strategies for assigned product categories using sales, shipment, inventory, pricing, promotional, and competitive data. Presents insights to cross-functional teams, manages category administration, coordinates advertising and product management initiatives, aligns promotions with pricing and inventory goals, and develops dashboards and content strategies to improve sales, profitability, and inventory performance.

Supports e-commerce category growth by managing product listings, launches, updates, Amazon catalog requests, inventory monitoring, purchase order reviews, dashboards, and Workfront tasks. Collaborates with strategists and marketing teams to improve product content, resolve order and catalog issues, maintain availability, and communicate platform updates. Requires strong organization, data analysis, writing, troubleshooting, multitasking, and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Support product managers in new product introductions and lifecycle activities. Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, sourcing, marketing, sales, supply chain), manage project timelines, prepare documentation and analyses (pricing, RFQs, benchmarking), assist sales/marketing with presentations and training, participate in trade shows, and support VP of Product Development.

Design, develop, qualify, and test consumer electronics and home electrical products. Support product management, NPI, supplier selection/quality, regulatory certification, IP investigations, benchmarking, beta testing, and cross‑functional technical support.
