Support Technology Development managers with testing, validation, and benchmarking of new product introductions. Liaise with marketing, engineering, supply chain, and sales, document and communicate test results, assist with installations, develop testing criteria, and help create training and technical documentation.

Create high-quality e-commerce and social media graphics including product images, banners, and promotional assets. Collaborate with copywriters, photographers, product managers, and digital marketing teams to ensure brand consistency, optimize graphics for web performance, organize art files, and update brand assets as needed. Support technology development from concept through product introduction: perform market research, source factories, evaluate products, develop test plans and execute testing, assess usability, create merchandising and marketing materials, train and support internal teams, and maintain Jasco digital applications. Coordinate cross-functionally with product managers, suppliers, sales, and marketing.

Lead execution of packaging, sustainability, and recycling initiatives; develop packaging strategies and KPIs; coordinate cross-functional and supplier compliance; track regulatory and product compliance; improve workflows and reporting.

Administer and support employee benefits, retirement plans, leave programs, and wellness initiatives. Serve as primary contact for benefits questions, manage enrollments, compliance, reporting, vendor relations, open enrollment, 401(k) administration, and wellness program coordination, including fitness center oversight.

Support product managers in new product introductions and lifecycle activities. Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, sourcing, marketing, sales, supply chain), manage project timelines, prepare documentation and analyses (pricing, RFQs, benchmarking), assist sales/marketing with presentations and training, participate in trade shows, and support VP of Product Development.

Design, develop, qualify, and test consumer electronics and home electrical products. Support product management, NPI, supplier selection/quality, regulatory certification, IP investigations, benchmarking, beta testing, and cross‑functional technical support.

Design and produce merchandising materials, displays, packaging artwork, trade show collateral, e-commerce imagery, and sales support materials for wholesale and club channels. Coordinate with copywriters, photographers, printers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure accurate execution and quality control of artwork and mock-ups.
