Develops and executes e-commerce growth strategies for assigned product categories using sales, shipment, inventory, pricing, promotional, and competitive data. Presents insights to cross-functional teams, manages category administration, coordinates advertising and product management initiatives, aligns promotions with pricing and inventory goals, and develops dashboards and content strategies to improve sales, profitability, and inventory performance.

Supports e-commerce category growth by managing product listings, launches, updates, Amazon catalog requests, inventory monitoring, purchase order reviews, dashboards, and Workfront tasks. Collaborates with strategists and marketing teams to improve product content, resolve order and catalog issues, maintain availability, and communicate platform updates. Requires strong organization, data analysis, writing, troubleshooting, multitasking, and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Supports sales operations and new business development by coordinating customer opportunities, product launches, project schedules, approvals, quotes, bids, pricing documents, onboarding, EDI testing, and e-commerce item setup. Partners with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, IT, Pricing, and customer teams to manage deliverables, resolve issues, analyze online sales, support account activities, and train sales services staff.

Drives regulatory compliance initiatives across U.S., Canadian, and global markets. Develops and improves engineering compliance processes, assesses regulatory impacts, coordinates supplier testing and certifications, manages customer-specific compliance programs, and tracks deadlines and risks. Creates dashboards, reports, presentations, and automated tracking systems while coordinating cross-functional meetings, documentation, leadership communications, and administrative support.

Support product managers in new product introductions and lifecycle activities. Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, sourcing, marketing, sales, supply chain), manage project timelines, prepare documentation and analyses (pricing, RFQs, benchmarking), assist sales/marketing with presentations and training, participate in trade shows, and support VP of Product Development.

Design, develop, qualify, and test consumer electronics and home electrical products. Support product management, NPI, supplier selection/quality, regulatory certification, IP investigations, benchmarking, beta testing, and cross‑functional technical support.
