Teams at Jasco Products

Support technology development from concept through product introduction: perform market research, source factories, evaluate products, develop test plans and execute testing, assess usability, create merchandising and marketing materials, train and support internal teams, and maintain Jasco digital applications. Coordinate cross-functionally with product managers, suppliers, sales, and marketing.

Lead execution of packaging, sustainability, and recycling initiatives; develop packaging strategies and KPIs; coordinate cross-functional and supplier compliance; track regulatory and product compliance; improve workflows and reporting.

Support product managers in new product introductions and lifecycle activities. Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, sourcing, marketing, sales, supply chain), manage project timelines, prepare documentation and analyses (pricing, RFQs, benchmarking), assist sales/marketing with presentations and training, participate in trade shows, and support VP of Product Development.
