Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, performance and compensation cycles, payroll, benefits, leave administration, accommodations, immigration casework, and HR compliance. Manage HR technology, vendors, and process automation while building scalable infrastructure and people analytics. Partner with Legal, IT, Finance, recruiting, managers, employees, and outside counsel to ensure accurate, compliant, and seamless employee experiences.

Own January’s trusted analytics layer by designing a dbt-driven semantic layer in Snowflake, standardizing metrics and data contracts, improving client reporting, expanding data capture, and managing analytics costs. The role enables trustworthy self-service across dashboards, chatbots, and future AI agents while partnering with Data Engineering, Analytics, Borrower Support, and Client Acquisition.

Chief of Staff to the CEO responsible for driving six-week planning cycles, operating reviews, cross-functional triage, strategic diligence, board materials, investor updates, and company performance reporting. The role identifies and owns unassigned high-impact problems, accelerates decision-making, improves communication and information flows, and develops AI-enabled workflows. This is an in-person role based in New York City.
