Develop and manage Huawei’s ICT partner ecosystem in Tanzania. Lead AML/CFT, regulatory compliance, and data protection for a regulated payment services firm. Develop and maintain compliance frameworks, monitor transactions, file STRs, manage merchant KYC/KYB and EDD, coordinate BOT/FIU/PDPC engagements and inspections, act as Data Protection Officer, maintain audit-ready records, and deliver training and remediation advice.

Create and manage written and visual content across web, social, email, and print; maintain brand voice; design assets using Adobe Creative Suite; optimize content for SEO; monitor analytics; ensure compliance and responsible gaming messaging; manage content calendar and creative projects; collaborate with internal teams and agencies.

Manage financial records, reporting, and compliance with emphasis on construction project accounting. Oversee cash flow, reconciliations, statutory filings, internal controls, audits, budgeting, cost tracking, asset accounting, and preparation of management reports while collaborating across departments.

Support sales operations by coordinating onboarding, system registration, Watu account setup, territory and reporting assignments, and communications between Territory Managers, Team Leaders, Freelancers, and partners. Lead and manage end-to-end rollout and deployment activities across multi-site telecom projects. Liaise with PBM, customers, and suppliers, perform feasibility analyses, and supervise deployment staff through installation, validation, commissioning, and acceptance.

Lead and coordinate site acceptance and close-out activities for telecom deployments: validate installations to specifications, manage defect closure with subcontractors and suppliers, conduct customer acceptance visits, align close-out checklists, and secure customer acceptance certificates to trigger revenue recognition.

Design HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and ventilation systems for local and international building projects; perform mechanical design and BIM coordination; work closely with architectural and electrical teams using Revit.

Lead HR activities for sales leadership (Zonal Business Managers, Cluster Managers) including end-to-end recruitment, structured onboarding, payroll and statutory compliance (Tanzania), performance management, employee relations, exit processing, HR reporting, and training initiatives to improve retention and reduce time-to-hire.

Designs, implements, and monitors training programs for regional and field sales leaders and teams. Performs training needs analysis, creates induction and functional modules, delivers classroom and on-the-job coaching, coordinates with Airtel trainers, supervises content development, measures training effectiveness against sales KPIs, and submits quarterly reports.

Provide high-touch operational and administrative support to a fast-paced founder: manage daily tasks, client communications, sales support, market research, process automation with AI, lead or document meetings, and execute startup initiatives. Prioritize time-sensitive work, streamline operations, and grow into leadership within 1-2 years.

Provide executive support to the Regional Managing Director across eight Anglophone countries: manage calendar, travel, communications, and reporting; follow up on action items; support HR compliance and consolidate HR documentation; compile commercial and operations updates; track projects, tenders, and KPIs; prepare reports, presentations, and process-improvement suggestions; and ensure timely submission of MIS and audit-ready briefs.
