Identify and convert B2B leads, sell ingredient products, prepare quotations and orders, maintain client relationships, meet sales targets, attend trade shows, and relay customer feedback to product and management teams.

Coordinate site documentation, access, onboarding, logistics and travel for project teams. Liaise with engineering, rollout, SAQ, HR, admins, procurement and management to ensure site readiness, update Tempus and ERM/WBS assignments, and support supplier PO issuance.

Supervise installation, testing, commissioning and put-into-service of electromechanical and telecom power equipment. Ensure QA/QC and health & safety compliance, perform root-cause analyses, prepare technical reports and presentations, design training for electromechanical teams, and provide technical support and coordination for rollout teams, subcontractors, and customer interfaces.

Oversee and enforce site health, safety, and security standards for logistics operations. Conduct inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety trainings. Manage CCTV and control room operations, access control, emergency drills, and 24/7 security coverage. Maintain records, report non-compliance via CAPA, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Manage site acquisition and permitting for telecom network deployment, lead a team handling public and private permits, coordinate with design and construction, ensure timely, compliant, cost-effective delivery aligned with Nokia rollout processes.

Design and produce visual content for social media, marketing, and digital campaigns; create images, videos, and infographics; manage social platforms, support content calendars, ensure brand consistency, and assist with basic video editing and motion graphics.

Drive microfinance loan portfolio growth by recruiting and onboarding clients, meeting sales and disbursement targets, promoting products, conducting client assessments, maintaining relationships, reporting performance, and collaborating with credit to ensure loan quality.

Expand open-market distribution by identifying, onboarding, and managing dealers and device-finance partners. Collect and process orders, ensure timely payments, and drive sales performance within assigned zones.

Lead and oversee telecom site design activities, ensuring permit and construction drawings, structural and foundation calculations, soil reports, and land surveys comply with Nokia standards, customer requirements, and local regulations. Support project planning, manage drawing approvals, train teams, and monitor implementation of site design deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.

Provide executive support to the Regional Managing Director across eight Anglophone countries: manage calendar, travel, communications, and reporting; follow up on action items; support HR compliance and consolidate HR documentation; compile commercial and operations updates; track projects, tenders, and KPIs; prepare reports, presentations, and process-improvement suggestions; and ensure timely submission of MIS and audit-ready briefs.

Perform QHS audits and site inspections (~75% field) for telecom rollout projects; deliver Nokia-specific safety inductions and technical HSE trainings; enforce Nokia HSE standards, facilitate risk assessments, monitor supplier compliance, drive CAPA, run governance meetings, and maintain QHS records and reports.

Lead national field operations and retailer acquisition for a lottery business: recruit and deploy retailers, manage regional teams and budgets, monitor fleet and compliance with Tanzanian lottery regulations, oversee sales targets and key accounts, and support regional marketing campaigns.

Manage all tax and compliance matters for the company and client, including VAT refunds, audits, examinations, objections, and transfer pricing documentation. Oversee and delegate work to subordinates, interpret tax laws, run or attend training and committee meetings, and perform other assigned tax-related tasks.

Manage full lodge accounting including transaction recording, supplier payments, reconciliations, payroll assistance, stock control, internal controls, monthly management accounts, budgets/forecasts, audits, and training lodge staff on accounting systems.
