Perform validation and testing of IGSS software, web, and hardware products; coordinate assembly and parts procurement; support test bench setup; perform root cause analysis, warranty/RMA handling, and create validation/test reports to ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and industry standards.

Support development, validation, and troubleshooting of OBD diagnostic strategies and engine management calibrations for diesel powertrains. Execute OBD verification, integrate diagnostic software, support regulatory compliance and certification, perform testing and validation, document results, benchmark competitor systems, and collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to resolve diagnostic and calibration issues.
