Own platform architecture, tenant configuration, RBAC/SSO/PIV coordination, agent strategy, performance tuning, operational readiness, OEM escalation, and support for health checks, patch migration coordination, and cutover readiness.

Lead design, test, deploy, migrate and optimize large-scale Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN fabrics (IPv4/IPv6) for a government customer at Ramstein AB. Provide SME guidance, harden Cisco devices for security compliance, manage solution deployments, consult with customers, and develop partner relationships.
