Provides functional leadership and operational support for Oracle Fusion PPM and related enterprise applications. Configures and optimizes project management, resource management, project costing, billing, revenue, time and labor, and services delivery processes. Translates business requirements into system designs, coordinates integrations and upgrades, manages testing and UAT, improves data quality, develops documentation and training, supports users, and partners with technical teams and vendors to resolve issues and deliver enhancements.

Leads Tier 1 Help Desk operations for a federal government customer, managing technicians, staffing, schedules, service levels, SLAs, reporting, SOPs, customer satisfaction, and operational improvements. Oversees ACD and ITSM metrics, coordinates with government and program leadership, supports vendor troubleshooting, coaches employees, and participates in hiring. The role is primarily onsite in Herndon, Virginia, with occasional travel to DOJ locations in Washington, DC.

Manages DISA IDLS and related projects from planning through deployment, overseeing scope, schedules, resources, quality, finances, risks, deliverables, customer relationships, and subcontractors. The role provides project leadership, status reporting, forecasting, invoice approval, process improvement recommendations, proposal support, and escalation management. It requires coordination across dispersed technical teams, strong documentation and presentation skills, and occasional after-hours deployment support. Secret clearance is required, with Fort Meade-area candidates preferred and no current travel projected.
