Lead design, deployment, and administration of high-availability VMware and server infrastructure onsite at Ramstein AB. Provide expert Linux/Windows/Cisco UCS administration, automation for provisioning, integrate virtual networking and storage, consult with customers, and drive data center technology solutions while meeting security and certification requirements.

The Integration Specialist designs, develops, and supports enterprise integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud for secure data exchange between various platforms and applications.

Build and scale Iron Bow’s staff augmentation recruiting capability, support federal proposal recruiting, develop technical talent pipelines, and advise business leaders. The role partners with Sales, Program Management, Capture, Proposals, Delivery, and Talent Acquisition; establishes recruiting workflows and service levels; provides talent market intelligence; manages concurrent searches; and improves pipeline outcomes through data and process optimization. This hybrid position requires onsite presence several times monthly in Herndon, Virginia, and/or Annapolis, Maryland.
