Support and maintain wired and wireless network infrastructure for a federal customer serving approximately 700 users. Responsibilities include network monitoring, incident and change management, routing and switching, firewall and wireless administration, AWS connectivity, patching, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, documentation, and 24/7 on-call support. The role is onsite in Washington, DC, with occasional work in Bowie, Maryland, and limited regional travel.

Provides onsite Linux and Windows systems administration for a federal customer, managing VMware virtualization, servers, storage, backups, replication, patching, monitoring, directory services, and disaster recovery. Supports infrastructure changes, incident response, root cause analysis, documentation, baseline images, and hardware/software deployments across approximately 200 servers. Participates in change boards, customer meetings, procurement research, and a rotating 24x7 on-call schedule. Requires strong virtualization, backup, storage, networking, AWS, Linux, and Windows experience.

Provides functional leadership and operational support for Oracle Fusion PPM and related enterprise applications. Configures and optimizes project management, resource management, project costing, billing, revenue, time and labor, and services delivery processes. Translates business requirements into system designs, coordinates integrations and upgrades, manages testing and UAT, improves data quality, develops documentation and training, supports users, and partners with technical teams and vendors to resolve issues and deliver enhancements.
