Lead integrated marketing campaign strategy and planning, manage intake and prioritization, align cross-functional teams and vendors, oversee execution, define KPIs, review performance, and document learnings. Manage and develop direct reports and represent the bank in the community.

Process and validate daily Wealth & Retirement transactional data; post transactions (wires, ACH, stops, checks), perform batch posting and reconciliations, complete daily balancing/settlement and valuations, administer Portfolio Online, generate exception reports, prepare monthly entries and variance reports, manage original documentation and audits, and support process improvements and other middle-office duties.

Provide investment and insurance product servicing and sales for INTRUST Financial Services clients, manage client relationships, solicit referrals, meet retention and revenue goals, and refer advisory needs to Financial Advisors while adhering to fiduciary and best-interest standards.

Manage a large commercial loan portfolio, originate and market loans, deposits, and treasury services, maintain asset quality and collections, develop new business relationships, refer prospects to wealth management, and negotiate complex loan structures with minimal supervision.

Design, implement, and support hybrid cloud infrastructure across Azure and Azure Stack HCI. Administer Azure services, Windows and RHEL systems, SQL Server, identity (Entra ID/AD), and IaC. Build automation, monitoring, resiliency, patching, and vulnerability management. Collaborate with IT teams to optimize costs, security, and operational processes while evaluating emerging technologies like AIOps.

Manage a moderate commercial loan portfolio, originate loans, business deposit and treasury products, maintain asset quality and collections, refer prospects to Wealth Management, and may supervise junior commercial lenders.

Lead primary and secondary research to generate actionable customer, market, brand, and competitive insights. Own voice-of-customer and brand tracking, deploy AI research tools, manage vendors, and partner with marketing and business leaders to apply insights to strategy and campaigns.

Provide expert wealth planning and investment advice for high-net-worth clients, develop and implement comprehensive wealth plans covering investments, insurance, tax, trusts, estate and philanthropic strategies, manage portfolio construction and cash flows, coordinate with advisors and insurance partners, perform regulatory investment reviews, and generate new business while representing the bank in the community and maintaining strict confidentiality.

Manage and respond to court orders, subpoenas, and foreclosure cases; prepare and file court pleadings; coordinate document collection across bank departments; support attorneys and supervise subpoenaed employees; prepare confidential Board materials and assist General Counsel while maintaining strict confidentiality.
