Provides tier-one support and routine administration for assigned banking applications, systems, interfaces, and third-party software. Responsibilities include configuration, access management, troubleshooting, documentation, data-flow maintenance, requirements gathering, testing, training, implementation support, and process improvement. The role partners with business units, vendors, and technology teams to resolve issues and support system enhancements while developing technical and product-ownership skills.

Supports Bank Operations business process improvement initiatives by documenting workflows, analyzing operational data, identifying process gaps, developing process maps and project materials, tracking project outcomes, and assisting with implementation. Collaborates with analysts, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders while contributing to reporting, special projects, and continuous improvement activities. Maintains confidentiality and communicates findings effectively.

Technology intern supporting hardware, software, applications, and systems through troubleshooting, technical support, process documentation, maintenance, and upgrades. The intern may contribute to AI and machine learning, programming, analytics, help desk, and application solutions while managing assigned projects and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. The role includes departmental rotations, mentorship, networking, and a capstone research project.
