This team ensures that we find the right people to fill open positions, who are not only well prepared for the responsibilities involved in their job, but who fit in with our company culture and values, creating a productive and harmonious work environment. The recruitment team leads the hiring process for roles across the company, although there is a strong focus on technical recruitment given the nature of InterSystems. We offer opportunities for people regardless of experience, with growing intern/graduate/apprentice programmes throughout the world for those just preparing to enter the world of work.

We accept direct applicants, as well as sourcing candidates ourselves. All our applicants are required to complete some assessments, ahead of interviewing with members of the hiring team. Company culture is very important to us, so whilst our process does delve into candidates' practical and technical capabilities, a big part of it is seeing how they fit into our culture and environment.
