InterSystems Legal Team

Provide client-facing technical leadership for InterSystems IRIS and HealthShare environments. Advise customers on architecture, development patterns, migrations, upgrades, operational best practices, and technical debt reduction. Troubleshoot complex issues, support adoption and beta programs, contribute to training, document resolutions, and recommend product improvements. The role requires strong healthcare interoperability expertise, communication skills, problem-solving ability, and experience with InterSystems technologies and implementation processes.

Leads strategy, roadmap, delivery, and people management for InterSystems Lab Enterprise. Translates complex laboratory and healthcare needs into scalable product capabilities, prioritizes investments, guides product managers through development and adoption, and aligns Product Development, clinical, regional, customer, and executive stakeholders. Uses market insight, customer feedback, and product performance to drive continuous improvement while supporting strategic engagements, demonstrations, pre-sales, and product marketing.

Paid 12-week, in-person software development internship in Boston beginning June 1, 2027. Interns complete training, collaborate with developers and mentors, develop a nine-week software project, participate in networking events, and present their work to senior leadership. The program is designed for currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate students in STEM disciplines and may lead to future internships or full-time opportunities.
