Hands-on Finance Accountant supporting accounts payable, banking, VAT returns, reconciliations, accruals and prepayments, month-end close, and general finance tasks. Monitor case progress, document activities, escalate per protocols, provide timely updates, prepare shift-change briefings, assist teammates, and handle overflow in a 24/7 rotating-shift operational environment.

Lead quality assurance and training for a travel-assistance call center: monitor interactions, analyze QA data, design and deliver multi-format training, coach agents, maintain LMS content, and drive continuous improvement with Operations.

The International Assistance Nurse Case Manager provides clinical input and direction on medical necessity and care plans, evaluates care and costs, and collaborates with operational teams on risk management and patient advocacy.
