The UX Designer will create user-friendly websites and experiences, conduct user research, design prototypes, collaborate with teams, and contribute to design systems while ensuring accessibility and usability standards are met.

Designs, delivers, and evaluates training for global operations and claims teams. Conducts needs assessments, creates multi-format learning materials, supports onboarding and upskilling, maintains LMS/tracking, measures training ROI against KPIs, and partners with operations to ensure consistent, compliant training.

First-point-of-contact for members, providers, and partners calling for medical or travel assistance. Gather and verify information, create and update case records in CCMT/Dynamo, route and escalate cases to appropriate clinical, transport, or assistance teams, verify eligibility, and document actions accurately to ensure timely, coordinated support.

Lead HR for Assist America integration into IMG, document and harmonize HR policies/processes, ensure US employment law compliance, advise leaders on workforce planning, manage employee relations, full-cycle recruiting, administer compensation/benefits and HR operations, and support regional/global HR projects.

Lead business analysis across projects in an Agile environment: elicit and document requirements, map systems and integrations, evaluate solutions, coordinate with development/QA, deliver demos and training, mentor junior BAs, and drive BA standards and process improvements to support strategic objectives.

Manage member and client cases from intake to resolution, coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and service providers. Monitor case progress, document activities, escalate per protocols, provide timely updates, prepare shift-change briefings, assist teammates, and handle overflow in a 24/7 rotating-shift operational environment.

The Business Analyst will elicit and document requirements for web applications, facilitate stakeholder collaboration, support Agile processes, and ensure high-quality UX and testing outcomes.

Lead quality assurance and training for a travel-assistance call center: monitor interactions, analyze QA data, design and deliver multi-format training, coach agents, maintain LMS content, and drive continuous improvement with Operations.

Manage complex international medical cases including evacuations, repatriations, intensive care and long-term inpatient scenarios. Coordinate with medical teams and providers, update financial reserves, review invoices, meet SLAs/KPIs, identify risks, and mentor junior case managers in a fully remote, shift-based environment.
