Teams at International Medical Group (IMG)

Serve as first point of contact for members, providers, and partners; complete intake, verify eligibility, create and update case records in CCMT/Dynamo, route cases to appropriate teams, document calls, and escalate urgent medical situations per protocol.

Provide full-cycle HR support including onboarding/offboarding, US biweekly payroll and multi-state tax compliance, leave administration (FMLA/ADA), employee relations, I-9/E-Verify compliance, HR reporting, process improvements, and support for internal recruiting and HR projects to ensure accurate, consistent HR operations and strong employee service delivery.

The UX Designer will create user-friendly websites and experiences, conduct user research, design prototypes, collaborate with teams, and contribute to design systems while ensuring accessibility and usability standards are met.
