Lead global growth for IMG's International Private Medical Insurance (IPMI) business by developing and executing international sales strategies, expanding market presence, building strategic partnerships, managing budgets, and leading a high-performing sales team. Drive revenue, monitor performance and market trends, ensure compliance, and collaborate cross-functionally to support product positioning and long-term growth.

Lead HR for Assist America integration into IMG, document and harmonize HR policies/processes, ensure US employment law compliance, advise leaders on workforce planning, manage employee relations, full-cycle recruiting, administer compensation/benefits and HR operations, and support regional/global HR projects.

Develop, maintain, and govern client and internal SOPs; create SOP-based training and onboarding materials; support new client implementations; deliver refresher training based on QA and feedback; ensure client communication standards and HIPAA compliance; partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive consistent, compliant global assistance operations.
