Provides administrative and sales support to regional sales and retention managers. Responsibilities include entering quotation data, managing quotation turnaround times, monitoring the sales inbox, distributing renewal terms, supporting sales campaigns, and facilitating broker Terms of Business Agreements. The role requires strong organization, communication, commercial awareness, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and business systems.

The Senior Accountant supports monthly financial close, prepares reconciliations, journal entries, financial analyses, management reports, carrier reporting, and tax filings. The role also assists with internal and external audits and collaborates across departments. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in accounting, at least five years of accounting experience, strong GAAP knowledge, financial reporting experience, and advanced Excel skills. Insurance, international, multidivisional, Workday, and CPA experience are preferred.

Designs intuitive, accessible websites and user experiences through research, personas, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, information architecture, and interaction design. Collaborates with product, engineering, QA, and stakeholders to deliver developer-ready specifications and validate implementations. Contributes to responsive front-end development using HTML and CSS, troubleshooting presentation and usability issues across desktop and mobile platforms.
