Coordinate and navigate bone marrow transplant and acute leukemia patients through testing, consultations, donor procurement, treatments, and post-transplant follow-up. Provide front-line billing and enrollment support for individual members and employer groups via phone and chat. Process payments, reconcile accounts, evaluate reinstatements, maintain accurate records, ensure data privacy and regulatory compliance, and meet performance metrics while partnering with internal teams to resolve billing and enrollment issues.

Transports patients to and from the OR, assists with anesthesia and room turnover, restocks and organizes supplies, cleans surgical suites, and transports specimens. Support telehealth analytics by transforming clinical, operational, and financial data into dashboards and insights. Partner with leadership, data architects, and customers to deliver reports, visualizations, training, and recommendations that improve patient care and operations.

Supervise day-to-day professional fee coding operations: monitor Epic coding workqueues and charge entry, oversee QA audits, coach and onboard coders, manage staffing, productivity, schedules and timecards, collaborate with coding management and other departments, and support operational improvements using tools like Epic, Optum Encoder Pro, Kronos, and Microsoft Office.

Partner with clinical teams to analyze workflows, design and configure clinical systems, support EHR implementations (Cerner/Epic), provide training and adoption, contribute to project deliverables, and lead process improvement and informatics initiatives across facilities.

Support and lead EMR-driven quality improvement for Pediatric Cancer & Blood Disorders: optimize Epic workflows and treatment plans, run audits and data validation, monitor metrics, train staff, coordinate with informatics/IT/pharmacy/analytics, and perform assistant manager duties to improve patient safety and compliance.

Lead strategic planning and program management for physician and APP wellbeing across multiple regions. Manage operations, KPIs, change initiatives, communications, stakeholder engagement, and coach leaders to improve clinician experience and implement enterprise-wide improvement programs.
