The Ultrasound Tech performs ultrasound exams under physician direction, ensuring patient care standards and high-quality diagnostic outputs while documenting and following safety protocols.

Schedule surgical procedures, register patients, enter charges and case histories, manage surgery schedules to avoid overbooking, verify physician privileges, provide reception and clerical support, run and distribute reports, and deliver customer service to physicians, patients, and ancillary departments.

Provide technical support, configuration, implementation, and optimization for healthcare applications (Epic and related systems). Gather and translate requirements, configure and test systems, support integrations and vendors, manage small-to-mid projects, develop training/materials, participate in on-call/command center duties, and create reports including SDoH and Reporting Workbench outputs. Maintain required Epic certifications and follow change management and documentation standards.

Coordinate and navigate bone marrow transplant and acute leukemia patients through testing, consultations, donor procurement, treatments, and post-transplant follow-up. Serve as primary liaison among physicians, patients, donors, and support services; manage scheduling, insurance/appeals, data reporting (CIBMTR), patient education, tumor board presentations, and program outreach.

As a Radiologic Technologist, you will perform radiologic exams, ensure patient safety, maintain a clean environment, and assist patients. You'll explain procedures and support patient care.

Maintain, install, calibrate, and repair assigned medical equipment with minimal supervision. Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, documentation in CMMS, ensure regulatory compliance and PHI confidentiality, and assist junior technicians.

Develop and manage provider networks by building strategic relationships with hospitals, clinics, and practitioners. Review provider participation requests, educate offices on market trends and value-based care, coordinate with contracting, compliance, and operations, document interactions, and proactively resolve issues to improve member access and affordability.

Provide radiologic exams within Utah LPT scope: prepare and position patients, produce diagnostic images following radiation safety, verify orders/IDs, document procedures, educate patients, collaborate with care team, and continue clinical training while enrolled in an accredited radiologic technology program.

Provide safe, evidence-based pharmaceutical care including medication order review, dispensing, counseling, regulatory compliance, supervision of pharmacy staff, and participation in quality improvement and leadership initiatives. Work PRN across variable shifts.

Assist pharmacists in medication distribution across acute, ambulatory, and specialty settings. Prepare, package, label, and dispense medications, perform calculations and compounding, maintain inventory and controlled substance records, provide customer service, participate in quality and safety initiatives, and follow state and federal pharmacy regulations. Position is part-time (25 hours/week) with physical requirements and supervision by a licensed pharmacist.

Provide front-line billing and enrollment support for individual members and employer groups via phone and chat. Process payments, reconcile accounts, evaluate reinstatements, maintain accurate records, ensure data privacy and regulatory compliance, and meet performance metrics while partnering with internal teams to resolve billing and enrollment issues.

Transports patients to and from the OR, assists with anesthesia and room turnover, restocks and organizes supplies, cleans surgical suites, and transports specimens. Maintains sterile technique, helps prepare rooms and equipment, and supports patient care under supervision. Requires on-call and rotating weekend availability.

Provide perioperative nursing care in the operating room using the nursing process: assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary teams, document care, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and support patient education and transitions. Participate in skill development and maintain BLS certification.

Support telehealth analytics by transforming clinical, operational, and financial data into dashboards and insights. Partner with leadership, data architects, and customers to deliver reports, visualizations, training, and recommendations that improve patient care and operations.

Supervise day-to-day professional fee coding operations: monitor Epic coding workqueues and charge entry, oversee QA audits, coach and onboard coders, manage staffing, productivity, schedules and timecards, collaborate with coding management and other departments, and support operational improvements using tools like Epic, Optum Encoder Pro, Kronos, and Microsoft Office.

Partner with clinical teams to analyze workflows, design and configure clinical systems, support EHR implementations (Cerner/Epic), provide training and adoption, contribute to project deliverables, and lead process improvement and informatics initiatives across facilities.
