Position Details:
Incumbent for this role must live in Grand Junction or the surrounding area. This role is 80-85% in-person, hospital-based work. There is some opportunity for working from home sporadically as project work allows.
This role may be hired on at a level I, II, III or Senior, depending on qualifications. Incumbent will work Monday-Friday from 8am -5pm.
Consultant I Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree obtained through an accredited institution.
- Working knowledge of business operations including basic leadership, analytical and financial principles, concepts, and methods
- Excellent computer skills including email, word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Consultant II Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree obtained through an accredited institution.
- Demonstrated experience in a process improvement role.
- Working knowledge of business operations including basic leadership, analytical and financial principles, concepts, and methods
- Excellent computer skills including email, word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lead projects through an ambiguous, conceptual state to an organized deliverable
Consultant III Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree obtained through an accredited institution. Three (3) years of demonstrated experience in a process improvement role. Or Master's Degree obtained through an accredited institution with two (2) years of demonstrated experience in a process improvement role.
- Working knowledge of business operations including basic leadership, analytical and financial principles, concepts, and methods
- Excellent computer skills including email, word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of the history, theory and practice of process improvement, including familiarity with a wide range of industry accepted process improvement tools and methodologies
- Ability to lead projects through an ambiguous, conceptual state to an organized deliverable
Senior Continuous Improvement Consultant Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree obtained through an accredited institution. Five (5) years’ demonstrated experience in a process improvement role or Master's Degree with four (4) years’ experience in process improvement.
- Advanced knowledge of business operations including leadership, analytical and financial principles, concepts, and methods.
- Excellent computer skills including email, word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to teach the history, theory and practice of process improvement, including a wide range of industry accepted process improvement tools and methodologies.
- Ability to lead projects through an ambiguous, conceptual state to an organized deliverable.

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
$36.22 - $57.04
