Job Description:
The Facets Solutions Architect will be responsible for developing system integration and software, specifically for Facets, a software application used widely in healthcare administration systems. Facets is commonly used by health insurance companies to manage member enrollment, claims processing, and provider network management. The role will be responsible for:
• Contributing to the design and implementation of plans for managing and maintaining the Facets software.
• Evaluating existing system architecture to determine effectiveness and suggesting changes to meet organizational requirements. Verifying stability, interoperability, portability, security, or scalability of system architecture.
• Identifying system data and software components to meet business needs.
• Documenting design specifications, installation instructions, and other system-related information.
• Using knowledge in design, development, and implementation of end-to-end integrated computer systems and architectures.
• Participating in the implementation of new and existing systems design projects and ensuring the compatibility of system components.
• Communicating with users and clients to understand specific system requirements and identifying system data or software components required to meet user needs for infrastructure development.
• Completing models and simulations of business and systems processes, using manual or automated tools including use case scenarios, workflow diagrams, and data models, to analyze or predict system performance under different operating conditions.
• Designing and conducting software tests plans to check infrastructure and systems technical performance.
• Providing technical guidance or support for the development or troubleshooting of systems.
• Sharing internal findings and providing input on process improvements.
• This position does not manage any direct reports or possess hiring or firing powers.
Position may telecommute from any state in the United States except California, Hawaii, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Washington.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Knowledge of FACETS – Pricing and Benefits configuration.
• Knowledge of Oracle, Sybase, and MS SQL Server.
• Knowledge of C#.Net and ASP.net.
• Knowledge of Java and BitBucket.
• Knowledge of health plans including Commercial, Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and Medicaid.
• Knowledge of HTML5, MVC, and JQuery.
Upon hire, all applicants will be subject to drug testing/screening and background checks.
Salary (Annual): $144,955 to $156,000
Work Location: 5381 South Green Street, Murray, Utah 84123, Position may telecommute from any state in the United States except California, Hawaii, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Washington.
Hours of work: Usually 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday
