Provide day-to-day HR administration including recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, Workday HRIS record management, I-9 compliance, employee relations, training coordination, and support for HR programs and culture initiatives. Prepare and generate bids and custom quotes, maintain client product programs and SharePoint portals, configure design tools, create SAP documentation and digital forms, support sales teams and customer interactions, and deliver training and SOPs to ensure accurate pricing and sales operations for flooring, countertops, wall tile, and window coverings.

Record customer transactions, apply payments, monitor and reconcile customer balances and aging, resolve billing discrepancies and inquiries, support collections, prepare AR reports and propose process improvements.

Enter, verify, and process customer orders in the ERP system; coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Production, Design, and Warehouse to resolve discrepancies; maintain accurate electronic order files and SOPs; calculate material quantities and prepare work orders and deficiency reports to support timely production and fulfillment.

Support sales, operations, and production teams by reviewing contracts, bids, plans, and schedules; manage SAP setup, subcontractor labor offers, change orders, submittals, monthly GC billing, forecasting, and on-site coordination to improve processes and ensure accurate job costing.

Oversee regional daily operations, budgets, and P&L while building installation capacity, training and managing Production Managers, growing retail partnerships and revenue, and ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

Provide financial analysis and guidance, develop and maintain forecasting and financial models, analyze statements and KPIs, support decision-making and special projects, create reporting tools, ensure financial data integrity, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational improvements and cost savings.
