Maintains electronic order records, prepares work orders and deficiency reports, reviews material measurements, and supports standard operating procedures. The role requires strong organization, communication, accuracy, intermediate math skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and order processing systems.

Coordinates projects from measurement through payment, including quoting, scheduling, purchase orders, documentation, contractor dispatch, customer communication, issue resolution, progress tracking, and payment processing. Maintains accurate information in Excel and Smartsheet while supporting operations, sales follow-up, customer satisfaction, vendor relationships, and process improvement.

Oversee regional installation and production operations, budgets, P&L performance, staffing, subcontractor capacity, and customer satisfaction. Develop and support managers, establish performance objectives, implement business and marketing plans, grow retailer and consumer relationships, ensure compliance, and improve revenue, profitability, operational efficiency, and service quality across the assigned region.

Manages installation projects from initiation through completion, coordinating customers, installers, vendors, materials, schedules, documentation, quality, and payments. Calculates revenue, verifies margins, investigates variances, and coordinates with customers, sales, finance, and operations to resolve issues. Maintains ERP records and job files, supports revenue recognition and invoicing, provides reporting, assists with training, and contributes to standard operating procedures and continuous improvement.

Supports design studio and showroom operations by maintaining displays, samples, supplies, equipment, reports, and project records. Coordinates appointments, greets customers, prepares designer files, manages administrative and data-entry tasks, and communicates with builders, designers, vendors, and sales teams. Assists with account and studio setup, order tracking, process improvements, and Design Studio Manager support. Requires strong organization, communication, judgment, product knowledge, and administrative experience.

Develops and expands relationships with single-family builders to achieve sales, revenue, gross margin, and profitability goals. Responsibilities include prospecting, territory development, pipeline management in Salesforce, account planning, client negotiations, pricing, QBRs, forecasting, and customer retention. The role collaborates with design, operations, logistics, and production teams to support order fulfillment and digital tool adoption. It also maintains account documentation, supports collections, monitors market trends, and represents the company at industry events and trade shows.
