Enter and verify customer orders in the ERP, coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Production, and Warehouse to ensure accurate, timely fulfillment. Maintain electronic order files, resolve discrepancies, prepare work order documentation, calculate material quantities, and support process improvements and SOPs.

Manage the cabinet process from order through installation for new residential construction. Build client relationships, apply industry knowledge, communicate effectively, and use basic technology tools to support project completion. Perform other assigned duties.

Drive revenue by building and managing relationships with single-family builders. Prospect new accounts, manage pipelines in Salesforce, negotiate contracts and pricing, collaborate with internal teams for order fulfillment, and represent the company at industry events while meeting sales targets and KPIs.

Serve as primary liaison between customers, installers, and internal teams to coordinate installation schedules, dispatch work orders, resolve issues, confirm completion, and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain documentation, communicate proactively with customers and service providers, support production team goals, and help drive installer engagement and timely payments.

Sell and grow revenue within the single-family builder market by prospecting, managing accounts, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure order fulfillment, client satisfaction, and achievement of sales targets.

Prepare and generate bids and custom quotes, maintain client product programs and SharePoint portals, configure design tools, create SAP documentation and digital forms, support sales teams and customer interactions, and deliver training and SOPs to ensure accurate pricing and sales operations for flooring, countertops, wall tile, and window coverings.

Record customer transactions, apply payments, monitor and reconcile customer balances and aging, resolve billing discrepancies and inquiries, support collections, prepare AR reports and propose process improvements.

Serve as primary liaison between customers, installers, and internal teams to coordinate installation schedules, dispatch work orders, resolve issues, confirm completion, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Support production team goals and foster positive installer engagement while documenting communications and driving service quality metrics.

Manage field support to drive revenue and improve customer experience through Home Depot store engagement, installer coaching, product training, job site inspections, and operational tasks (inventory counts). Build store and installer relationships, run events and demos, and ensure installation quality and compliance.
